Took my mom out for lunch for her bday and Red lobster here in Montgomery Al was the perfect place. Food was 10/10 everything I ordered was good…. Stopped by on a pleasant Friday afternoon and had a great experience. The food was wonderful! I ordered the Mariner’s Boil with extra spicy and the RL butter, and it did not disappoint. Everything was well-seasoned, flavorful, and the portion size was very generous. The service was also friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. I’d definitely come back again.

I’ve been coming to this Red Lobster for years, and the food never disappoints, everything was wonderful as always. Our waitress, Jaquira, was outstanding friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. The flavors keep me coming back, and the service today was excellent. However, I do wish they would consider remodeling this location. With the economy changing and dining standards evolving, the décor and overall aesthetic feel very dated. A fresh, modern update would really enhance the dining experience and match the quality of the food.

This was the absolute worst. We just got done eating here at about 5 pm we came in. I might could see being 2 hours for an adult and 2 kids if super busy but our server was not too busy to stand around and chit chat. Meanwhile, we got no silverware no crab crackers not butter with crab legs. Then they messed up the mashed potatoes for kids meal and didn’t bring out the side with the crab legs….had to literally wait and wait for acknowledgement just to ask for bare minimum. My daughter loves to pet the lobsters. They always let her and I guess that due to him being mad that the tip reflected the absolute crappy service we were given (lucky I left anything but my morals don’t let me not leave anything) he actually made the effort to come around and tell the lady who was about to try to get the lobster, “no no no”. So basically, he was right on top of it when we left after he coincidentally saw his tip and he had no problem coming around the bar to come over to tell her no no no not to let the kids actually put the lobster even though that was about the only darn thing they could do with this experience. And I get that one family never returning isn’t a huge impact, but that is exactly what this is gonna get because it was a bad attitude all the way around. Now don’t get me wrong. The server was actually very polite when he came to the table, but he absolutely didn’t bring any of the bare minimum stuff and we had to keep waiting for him to chitchat to get the attention to even get things at one point. The manager came over and asked what all we needed because he could tell I was looking for the server and this was about the third time having to wait To even get acknowledgment after having the food for probably a good seven minutes without silverware. If it had been one or two things that I could understand, but the ratio of tables that were had or bar things that were being done plus the attentiveness that we did not get at all is a problem. I’ve never had it take two hours to eat anywhere with my 2 kids except for somewhere like the melting pot where it’s an experience and you cook your own food

I had an excellent experience at Red Lobster! The service was outstanding Kayla Wayla friendly, attentive, and quick. Shout out to Kayla Wayla and Andrea. The staff made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend the Garlic and Butter Crab your way and the Montgomery,Al location for great food and even better service!

My wife is allergic to pork..She ordered crab carbonara.She didn’t no it came with bacon.
The waitress was very nice and reordered it without bacon..
However it came back with a smaller portion of bacon.
Zee the GM was there..He was absolutely amazing.He thoroughly explained why the bacon was in it being a premixed type of dinner..He not only explained in great detail but it was a long day.
We were ready to leave..He convinced my wife to let him make it up and he cooked her a to go meal..This type of customer service you don’t see anymore.We are quite popular in this city and will spread the news.Tht Mr Zee and his staff will take good care of you

We had a great time at the Montgomery, AL. Red Lobster. I have 2 brothers that live 125 miles from me. We try to get together for a type of family reunion 2 or 3 times a year. We missed Christmas time so we scheduled mid January. Them and one of their stepdaughters, and my daughter and I met at the Red Lobster restaurant in Montgomery, AL. I met the Manager, Zollie, and our server, Robin. They were able to seat us quickly. We had a variety of dishes, which consisted of Coconut Shrimp, Walt’s Shrimp, Salmon, and a couple of their lunch bowls. We all agreed that everything was delicious. Robin took good care of us and was very worthy of the gratuity that we left. I am sure that my brothers will want to meet here again. I rate the experience 5 stars.

Our experience at Red Lobster was absolutely amazing! The food was excellent and full of flavor. We ordered the Admiral’s Feast, a grilled chicken kids’ meal, and one of the new bowls with rice, shrimp, lettuce, and sauce — everything was delicious and perfectly cooked.
Our server, Jaquira, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and we even got dessert!
The ambiance was relaxing and welcoming — truly the best dining experience we’ve had in Montgomery in a long time. I can’t wait to go back again soon!
