Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We needed a Trusty Place to pick up a Quick bite. Well we got our meals! Wish they took more care in making them. Extra Extra mayo and ketchup no lettuce. One tomato. One slice of bacon. We had to just pull the Burger out of the mess and eat what we could. Probably never come back

I order breakfast here a couple times a week usually. I always get the breakfast sandwich without cheese. It’s usually good. But for some reason half the time the eggs have a green tint to them and have a rubbery texture. I reached out to whataburger on the app and they didn’t tell me why or do anything about it except give me two free meals. I just want my sandwich to be correct because it’s about the only thing I can eat for breakfast. Why are the eggs green? Why are they rubbery? Are they safe to eat? I mean I probably won’t eat them anyways. Please fix this. I don’t like the sandwich without the eggs. This happened two days in a row. And it’s definitely happened before this many times.

Usually have a pretty good time with our meals today for some reason the person on the drive thru line did not have any customer service and was very quite asked for large orders somehow she messed it up and gave medium size in the meal not only that fries were absolutely Cold all the way to bottom on the holder bit into one tasted like I had it in the fridge burgers were not labeled kind of a big let down especially since we just got off work paid 40$+ for a cold meal that should have been prepared way better

WE SPENT OVER $75 and this is how we got treated!!!!!!!
We went to get 3 burger meals, 5 drinks, and 3 cinnamon rolls, yes it was midnight but this is no excuse for a “fast food” place to have such non-professional skills and manors.
My husband and I got the burgers, they did not give us our cinnamon rolls until I (in my socks after a 14 hour shift) went inside and got onto a manager for not doing their job.
I called them and told them they got the order wrong and they didn’t give us the 3 cinnamon rolls, We went through drive through, they one gave US 1 cinnamon Roll, said there ya go, then walked off from the window.
Y’all get paid $12-$15 an hour to be nice people and make food!!! No fast food isn’t “easy” due to customers who are rude, but here is my thing. You’re not working a 9-5 blue collar job, your job isn’t that hard.
This was my first time at this location since I moved here roughly a year ago, and it’s the WORST fast food experience I have had in my 22 years of living, and I am a momma. If my daughter would have been missing food out of her meal, I would have called corporate because this is the results of LAZY behaviors and improper training for a “simple” job.

Haveing lunch. Burger was cold the tomatoes were green. The meat did not even cover the bun. The fries were cold as well. It was 12:00 noon. This operation has gone down since being sold. Will not eat here again.

I got food from there tonight in the drive thru but first it took a while to just get the food and when I got my food the toast wasnt even cooked on both side and the side it was cooked on was completely burnt and the fries I got were cold which usually I dont have a problem with but all my food was cold and the chicken have fat pieces in it when I bit into the chicken ive never had that happen but today wasnt very good for food or service.

What can I say, so far to date, I’ve not had any bad experiences in a What-a-Burger.
Always have had great customer service along with a great burger, fries and drink.

When I am visiting family in OK, this is the location I stop at; very convenient while traveling and when my 2 kids are screaming that they’re hungry.
Each visit has been very pleasant, from the fantastic customer service, to getting my food within a decent time after ordering. I can tell they are hard workers!! This is why I love WHATABURGER.
