Went through the drive-through the person who took my order was nice. The gentleman was nice. Got to the window and it was A whole other story. The girl who was at the window was wearing a red shirt and right from the start she had attitude, when she took my card I ask for extra hot sauce for my 10 tacos smacking her lips. She didn’t look too happy about the fact that I asked for extra hot sauce. Also look like I interrupted her conversation cause she was quickly to close the window and go back to conversation. When she started handing me my order. I reminded her when I asked her for hot sauce, cause she wasn’t gonna give me any then I had to ask her for extra hot sauce again, seem to get irritated to go back to her conversation. She was having and completely forgot to give me my drink And the french fries I asked for regular french fries they were barely filled up and in the sleeve food is too expensive to be short because someone is too interested in going back to a conversation than actually doing her job and serving food. And she didn’t offer my receipt. I’ve never had any problems at this jack in the box. But no one should get an attitude for expecting someone to do their job.

genuinely surprised how a simple fast food order can ruin someones day. The girl who gave me my order not only had an attitude throughout our entire interaction but didnt give me a order of tacos, shoved the bags of food in my window after already having me and the guy behind me pull out the drive to wait for our food all while trying to get a quick meal for my niece and i after a long day and just trying to get home and get settled. yet this simple interaction truly just doesnt sit right. i called to let them know the situation, i came off respectful with a genuine complaint and not sure why i expected the same respect? the girl answered with “jack in the box” i explained the issue and she went muffled and again had an attitude trying to tell me to repeat my order about 3 times i let her know she was muffled she seemed irritated and gave the phone to someone even more aggressive and defensive, i explained it as she told me to repeat my order in a rude tone. i then told them i wouldnt care if it wasnt a big order and paid 30 dollars she said “well you said a big order so whats your order, and what you came in an hour ago?!?!” i said shortly “no 15 minutes ago i just got home” she proceeded to argue with me and i hung up. as someone who understands costumer service and has worked in various costumer service positions this could’ve been EASILY resolved sorry for expecting someone to do what they get paid to do, to even be making a complaint rightnow seems ridiculous yet every time i go to a jack in the box im greeted with the same energy and tonight just really pissed me off.

I had an awesome experience here thanks to a lady named Stephanie, SL, from a mistake I made on the online app for Jack in the Box, she helped me figure it out with no problem, and I was able to get my food before my work lunch. Thank you Stephanie! She was so patient and kind, very unique characteristics to find in customer service and fast food workers. Definitely a valuable employee!!

Seating area tables, chairs and floors required immediate attention. As shown on the photo, trash and fries on the floor while 2 employees sat at a table in the background. Won’t be visiting Jack for awhile. Free food coupon or not. We also noticed that drive thru is clearly given priority over dine in guests. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT JACK!

8months ago I had 5 star review now I have to drop it down 2 stars online cause the shake I ordered is thick and pretty good. The tacos I order were horrible. They had wat to much grease on the taco and the taco bag/cover. The shell tasted like it was stale or jus over done. Service was still fast and friendly but quality of food sucked. The shake was so frozen I couldn’t use a straw and took the lid off. Wow is all I can say

The woman at the front counter was such a sweet woman it was her MOD for that night that needs to work on her words and tone of voice. Let’s be honest people, you can never EVER expect to be anything better than a fast food employee when your attitude and tone of voice is worse than the younger generation. Do better! Overall my food tastes burnt and disgusting like the oil was old yeah I know what old oil does to our food and I know when I see it I only come for their cake anyway I order my food from different jack n the box’s I just came to this one but I was so tired yesterday and wanted my kids to eat but they didn’t eat still! They said the food was disgusting as a mom a tired one at that this was very disappointing

Went there threw the drive thru 10/28/2025 for a Breakfast run with my son at 325am ..the ladies there were super nice and even offered us the special the breakfast jacks for 3.?? Which we did end up getting..but all in all everything was amazing and great customer service

Did not have change for $100 on a $50 order. If we didn’t pay with card, whole ordered would have to be canceled. That’s poor business practice and ethics. Never seen an establishment ran without any change.
