Tim and Eds’ Park Dive is the local place! Clean and friendly, “dive” is definitely tongue in cheek. Small without being cramped, you are immediately welcomed in like a friend and neighbor. There is a well-tended outside area with plenty of seating and occasional events. Prices are great but eat before you get here ‘cause there is no food. There is a nice selection of domestic a local craft beers and wines (but no liquor). Sports on tv and video games are there for entertainment, but conversation runs easy here and it’s a relaxing time.

New owners are great. Friendly atmosphere, fantastic new rear outside deck area. Great looking renovations. Smoke free inside, BUG PLUS with outdoor smoking. Great food trucks on weekends. Great beer and wine selections at a very reasonable price compared to other bars in the area.

May have stayed awhile to have a few beers but when the money hungry bartender made his comment he cancelled out two future customers and anyone else I speak to about it.
I guess it’s forbidden to go straight to the restroom when you come in.

Good beer dive bar. No liquor, no food. Great looking patio. Only darts or touch tunes here.

Great little dive just outside of historic downtown Sanford. The owners did a wonderful job cleaning the place up and the deck outside is awesome when the weather is nice. Drinks are some of the most affordable in town especially for a place that isn’t smokey inside. It’s located right under the landing path for Sanford airport so it’s really cool to sit outside and see the planes pass by super low right above your head!
