I got a Chocolate and vanilla malt, small size.
Normally you can’t get it that way, it’s one or the other, chocolate OR vanilla, not both together in one cup.
The nice young man at the counter said he could do that for me, and he did. It’s absolutely delicious.
Typical luscious McDonald’s malt, thick enough to make your straw collapse. Only makes you you want to try to get more on your next slurp.
I also asked if it’s possible to get it in a couple minutes, because I have a concert at the Fiserv
Forum soon.
He said yes, I can get it made right away, and he did it in record time.
Thanks again McDonald’s for your excellent service with a smile !

Pulled up to drive thru, the woman said she would be with right with us. The other drive thru lane the man took 3 orders before the woman took came back on the intercom to finally take ours. Tried to get her attention, but no response, it felt like we were just forgotten. Burgers were lukewarm, the cheese was cold and not melted at all. The bun was dry and tasted old. Threw out most of the food because it just wasnt good. Haven’t had this many issues with other McDonald’s in the area.

This McDonald’s is all over the place! I went to order a Big Mac meal and a Oreo McFlurry. At first, I was greeted by such a kind, thoughtful, polite, gentlemen by the name Jesus M. Honestly, one of if not the nicest McDonald’s worker I have ever worked with he was a pleasure to be able to speak with on the farthest speaker. However, when I received my food, my Big Mac was missing the Mac sauce! How do you even forget that!?!?! Secondly, my McFlurry was not mixed at all! If I wanted ice cream and some Oreos on top of it, I would have gone to the store. I payed to get it mixed! This is establishment is all over the place. Jesus M keeps this restaurant up to 4 stars.

The service was as expected from a McDonald’s. The food was warm at best and it (chicken sandwich) was definitely way overcooked. I ordered a mocha frappe and after 10 minutes in the drive through I was told I could only have caramel. It’s more of a slab of caramel ice. Corporate is neglecting this store and it shows in every way possible.

I placed a mobile order and was charged for it. I get to the location to pick it up and they state that the system is down. I asked if I can show them my receipt and get my order. The associate at the first window says yes to pull ahead. I get to the second window and the Caucasian manager with glasses refuses to help me and tells me to come in and speak to the other manager. She proceeds to tell me that they have to keep the line moving so I have to leave while shutting the window while I’m talking. This manager needs to go back through customer service training.

Was making a order and had a reward . The manager told me that the site for that is not working that she can’t help me. I said that it didn’t work for a long time and the manager from the other McDonald’s just put in their code. She said that this is a franchise n she can’t help me. So I just loose my points. It’s not the biggest deal In the world but come on now fix it or don’t do it!

They got our order correct while we were ordering it, on the receipt it was correct but multiple things were wrong once we received our order. We ordered a McDouble with only ketchup and received a normal McDouble. We ordered a mix and match snack wrap meal and got both ranch even though one was wrapped on the spicy side, the girl working at the register tried to give us $5 less than what our change was and the food was all pretty damn cold. The workers must be high because one mistake is understandable maybe even 2 but it’s crazy how they messed literally everything up.

I just want to thank Johnathan M for his execution of the “most pickle possible” on my McChicken. Most places give me two pickles when I make this request and it makes me want to throw a mcchicken at someone’s face. I will drive past the McDonalds on 27th and Morgan because their service and wait times are HORRENDOUS. I will go the extra 5 minutes down the road to the cold spring location just for getting wait I ask for in a timely manner. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
