Everything is made in-house.
We got the house made HOT pocket which came with fresh green chili.
The Pumpkin Date Bar with no added sugar, dark chocolate.
A Chai with Oat Milk, and a double espresso.

Where to begin?! A cozy, pleasant, hidden gem of Brighton, Cinn-A-Brew does not disappoint! With an ambiance almost as charming as the new owner and staff, this place really hits the spot! It offers a wide variety of coffee and beverage options to choose from, which is perfect for myself and neophiles alike. It allows you the freedom to be adventurous or to find the precise libation to compliment their amazing baked goodies, which are most definitely my favorite aspect of what this place has to offer. The various bread puddings alone will keep me coming back for more. But, I would be remiss if I did not also mention the delicious cookies, cinnamon rolls, muffins (both sweet and savory), breakfast burritos, and plethora of other delicacies. EVERYTHING I have tried here has been nothing short of astounding. It has quickly become the highlight of my early mornings and will be a staple to my morning routine for the foreseeable future!!!

This was an incredible find for a coffee shop! They serve skillets, burritos, and biscuits and gravy. The bakery items are incredible and the blueberry cinnamon roll is a must try!

Breakfast burritos were bomb!!! Cinnamon roll latte was crazy good. Pumpkin bars were awesome. It was a little packed when we came, kind of loud inside, I had to go sit outside.

I’ve recently tried the biscuits and gravy and their signature cinnamon roll latte and one of the seasonal lattes for Valentine’s Day. The biscuits and gravy was perfect. Lattes were delicious too. The staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is better since the new owner (former owners never had any music playing and it was strangely quiet). I also love the new seating options.

A cute place with delicious food! I had a blueberry cinnamon roll and as a baker myself, it was so good. Jam-packed with blueberries and the cream cheese frosting was amazing. I also got the cinnamon roll latte, which was well-made. I drove 25 minutes to try this place and I’ll definitely be back!

This cinnamon roll bakery coffee shop might be the best in the whole entire world! The rolls are warm, gooey, and perfectly spiced, and the coffee pairs with them perfectly. Every visit feels like a treat I never want to end. And there’s a cute gal that works there, I think she might be the owner, not sure. 10/10 in my book.

Coffee was good and the cinnamon rolls were okay, personally I think they need twice as much cinnamon, brown sugar and a smidge more butter between the layers. The cream cheese is great but overpowered the roll.

The young man behind the counter was super kind and was patient with my indecisiveness. And for both a roll and drink it was under $10, which I feel like is huuuge!
This sadly isn’t a place I feel like I could relax in. There’s a lot going on and only a few tables, but with that said, I feel like this place is more of a take out than a stay awhile.
Cinnamon roll: 9/10 (the outside was a bit hard to cut (but I was using plastic silverware) BUT the inside was perfectly soft without being squishy)
Lavender Lemonade: 1/10 (I didn’t taste any lavender so I’m not sure it actually had any, but sadly I wasn’t a fan of the lemonade at all…so I don’t think adding lavender would have made it better)

Food, service and atmosphere here are incredible! We love all of the options and high quality since the new ownership. We even ordered a custom made cheesecake for my husband’s birthday and it was just as delicious as all of the items in the storefront. Definitely check out this gem of a place!
