I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but location is a disaster. I’ve had a handful of bad experiences at this location, but today will definitely be my final visit as there was a piece of a plastic wrapper in my burger. Managers at this location are also very unprofessional and rude which I’m sure is a major reason why this location has so many problems.

I was just here had the worst experience we sat in the drive thru went around another time and nobody would still not answer in the right lane but only kept answering in the left lane. So my dad went in because my mom had ordered food through app for herself like she normally does and we wait a total of almost 40 mins for our food. Not one apology nothing this place is absolutely horrible and will no longer be going to this location.

The manager here is rude to customers and her employees. They missed a sausage mcmuffin in my order so I told the Wonderful cashier. She went and told the manager who was doing nothing but throwing orders in bags and yelling at her employees. I stood there another 10 minutes waiting. I finally yelled for the manager, she tried to ignore me. I yelled for her again and pointed out what the issue was, her response was well we’re short 4 people. I responded it is probably you and she called me a bad word. But I got the item I paid for from a very nice young man who was working so hard.

Nowhere to sit 3 tables being used for office space with employees had to stand up waiting for table. Asked for condiments was treated like it wasn’t their job. Nobody’s cleaning tables everything here is completely out of control. Everyone is just standing around getting paid.

7:00 am Sunday Nov 30th 2025. Check the cameras. Husband went to get me a coffee and a hash brown. They said they’re opening late and not yet taking orders and it would be about 10 min. Then he said that’s fine and he will wait there and just to let him know when he can order. Lady YELLS at him to move. He asks why and she then yells at him that he needs to drive around the building and get back in the same spot he is already in????? He asks why again and I can’t even understand what she’s screaming anymore cause sis is CRASHING OUT. Why? Idk. I won’t lie my husband calls her some not so pleasant names and tells her how ridiculous that is. And tell me why AS HES DRIVING AWAY HE LOOKS IN THE WINDOW AND SEES THIS WOMAN STOMPING HER FEET AND THROWING A TANTRUM. She sees him looking and throws a coffee cup. I know McDonalds hires just anyone, but people who get power trips on making people literally drive around the building to come back to the same spot and then tantrum like a toddler is crazy when she’s cut off and my husband doesn’t just allow her to scream at him. Do better. No wonder when I moved out here everyone said to avoid this McDonalds. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

4 females were behind the counter, all of them saw me, none of them came to the counter to take our order. A snippy young black girl finally did step. With a very hauty additude, can she help us i that would be since 4 different females all saw us, she then turned in a huff and refused us service. The elderly manager finally took our order.

First time I experienced a lack of portion, to the degree that I thought it was a prank. Ordered a Big Breakfast with pancakes and an extra scrambled egg ($2.09 I believe) received less than half of the extra egg portion that I would get at any other McDonald’s. This was served in a separate container. Then I opened up the normal container, holding all the other breakfast items for the big breakfast, and that portion was as small if not small smaller than the extra egg portion.
I have read most of the one star reviews on this thread of reviews for this McDonald’s and I concur they are extremely challenged with portion size.
Normally, I would post pictures, but I was so frustrated At the lack of eggs in my order that only took me about four seconds to eat then it was too late to take pics.
Side note; When the woman handed me my bag through the drive-through window, she gave me a dirty look because I grabbed it by the bag and not by the handles of the bag. Seemed trivial at the time, but now after seeing these reviews, I would think the customer service culture in this location is lacking to say the least.

Restaurant was filthy dirty. Staff member at the from counter smelled like he hadn’t showered in a couple weeks. None of the kiosk were working and the one that was kept glitching out. The staff ignored the line of 7 people at the front counter. Hopefully McDonald’s realizes no one wants to use the kiosks. This is the last shot for this or any McDonald’s. Until they want to take my order in person I will choose to eat elsewhere. Tired of being ignored by associates and seeing them struggle as if they are understaffed. Shame on McDonald’s putting profit over service again and again.
