If you think you know pizza, think again. Every pie from this truck is a masterpiece—carefully crafted, perfectly balanced, and delicious. You can tell he pours thought, skill, and heart into every creation. Seriously, it’s worth the trip to Silverton just for this pizza!

I love pizza. I’ve tried a ton of top reviewed spots in Portland and usually go out of my way when I’m traveling to find the best slice. This is top tier stuff. I’m simple and usually stick to pepperoni which is what I ordered here. The perfect firmness and crust crunch, and the flavor of the sauce is incredible. I’m going to making out of my way trips to come back here.

The Old Oak Oven makes some amazing pizza. We stopped by for lunch and got a slice of pepperoni each. The amount of pepperoni is perfect and there’s a great amount of cheese. The crust was nice and thin and almost crispy but the edge wasn’t a cracker, it still had some chew. The pizza was so good that we returned a few hours later for another slice!

First time here got the all meat pizza. It was fantastic! Great flavor, sauce was perfect. Very impressive for a food truck style pizza with a brick pizza ove.

The best pizza in town hands down. Always friendly and always delicious. If you’re lucky you’ll catch a glimpse of their pizza tossing skills.

Great pizza, but for a pizza joint, why close so early?? The amount of times I’ve stopped by only for them to be closed is honestly sad for everyone(mostly me because its been an embarrassing amount of times). I sit here at 7:15 pm and am forced to take my business elsewhere…Again… Very Sad…

Absolutely worth the stop after hiking around at Silver Falls. The crust is pretty incredible. Perfectly crunchy. Not thick and doughy. We had a BUNCH of pizza slices (for $3.50 each), they were all fabulous…especially the veggie one! Squash, brie and hazelnuts and I swear, it was bomb!!!

*Vegan* pizza in Silverton! Its a cute little food truck downtown. LOVED the pizza here. It is worth the wait. We ordered the vegan, only whole pie only for that one. You can order by the slice for other pizza’s.
We walked around downtown and to the city park across from the river while we waited. There’s a nice shady covered bridge with benches you can sit on right across the street and listen to and watch the water (if you’re into that ).
I would recommend this for any pizza lovers traveling to or through Silverton!

Old Oak Oven in Silverton, Oregon, serves up a delightful culinary experience, with their calzone stealing the spotlight. The crispy crust, a testament to their commitment to flavor, flawlessly blends with cheese, tomato sauce, and a medley of tasty ingredients. The focus here is on taste—the cheese sauce and crust create a perfect canvas for the standout flavors of pepperoni, ham, and sausage. The artful combination of ingredients transforms the calzone into a satisfying masterpiece. Sharing it with a companion, we found a harmonious balance that left us thoroughly content. An unexpected bonus is the exceptional value Old Oak Oven offers, making it a hidden dining gem for those who crave both taste excellence and affordability in Silverton.

It’s not the same anymore. New owners, new employees. I ask for extra sauce on my slice they say no. Why not sell some extra sauce and refuse the sale?
The slices are smaller now.
Wood fired is great, but today they were to crispy. The pizza was dry.
I get that they make their pizza with their hands.. I asked to have my slices on separate plates and the employee grabbed all the slices with his bare hands and re plated them. It was off putting.

The last two times I’ve went, have made me rethink coming here.

I come from out of town just for this pizza! Used to be my fave!
It’s not bad, it’s just not the same. I’m trying to decide if it’s worth it anymore, and I’m leaning towards no.
