Atmosphere: Nice area, restaurant near a man-made pond with ducks and small turtles and a large bridge that crossed the pond. The great area to take photos.
Customer Service:
My best friend and I were greeting promptly at the door. The host was very nice. Our waiter, Jay, served us great customer service the entire visit. The on-duty manager, Mrs. Olga stopped by our table to make sure that we were happy with the service. A BIG YES!!!
The food:
I ordered the Chicken Azteca: grilled chicken breast topped with a savory mixture of spinach, mushrooms, red bell peppers, and chipotle cream, served with jasmine rice. This dish was a 2 thumbs up me. The chicken empanadas were very good, oh that cilantro dipping sauce was the best. The margaritas were also great!
What really made the whole experience stand out was our waiter, Javier. He was polite, helpful, and gave us outstanding customer service from start to finish. He made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time.
Because of him, we’ll definitely be returning. He truly made our dining experience wonderful.
3 issues: For whatever reason, the resturants phone number is not listed on Google, which is odd and we had to do another digging to get the phone number ONLY to be greeted by staff whom answered the phone politely, didn’t know the resturants address/crossing street….(somehow there’s a few designated to answer the phones that don’t know where they are working) :/ that’s the 2nd issue. Know the address, crossing streets, nearest landmark, etc. If you’re answering company phone lines! GOOGLE is our friend and that’s exactly what she said, “Google us”. ;@/ wow, just wow, the response is the 3rd issue hence 4 stars overall. We were nearby just wanted & needed a small gudiance (cross street) to locate the seemingly hidden spot, from our direction. Once we arrived, WE were greeted warmly and seated immediately in a gorgeous spot of the restaurant. FOOD: A++ amazing, the wait wasn’t too long and we had the plaintains & salsa to keep us comfortable until our food arrived. (In resturant) SERVICE: From arrival, during and the exiting made us feel special and FORGET the (NOT) “confirmed” reservation of the other resturant, I thought was confirmed (the feeling pampered of the new restaurant) I thought, WHY wasn’t this our first choice? I have to add before I forget, our waiter did accommodate a meal change, I truly appreciate it. 🙂 ATMOSPHERE: (Not too busy time almost to 7pm). Did I saw, feeling pampered already? Well that says it all. I can’t think of our waiters name however, he made our visit alongside the food WORTH coming back. I will also add the outside scereny is beautiful and definitely adds to the overall visit. If you haven’t checked this place out, stop on by…..remember Google is your friend. Lol
I got the fried fish tacos and there and felt that it was a bit underwhelming for my taste buds. Even with the lemon (or maybe lime?) and their sauce they put, something felt missing. The plantain chips were good (these are given free upon seating).
This is a buffet brunch. You can expect an omelette station, crepe station, waffle station, carving station, and so many other hot items to select from. There’s no way I could remember all the food options. I am excited to get dressed up and go back. The restaurant sits near a body of water and a walking trail. Great spot for pictures. This place is definitely a vibe.
I recommended either getting there when they open or make sure you make a reservation.
This is a must try!!
Would come again
