Not busy when we went. Seated immediately the service was great and attentive.
I got a scorpion burger sub impossible. It was great – my only gripe is the hefty price tag. You have to pay an additional fee to just put the veggie patty on there, but its already expensive.
Fellow diner liked their turkey burger but said it could’ve used condiments, none on the table or offered.
I did notice a good amount of trash under the tables and a sewage type smell when I first walked in, but it didnt smell like that in the seating area and our booth was clean.
All in, I love the options for veggie burgers and I really like the little ‘impossible’ flag because it confirms they put the veggie patty on. I think for burgers and fries this was above average overall but do think the exorbitant fee for a veggie patty is ridiculous.
I would go back for a burger though, tasted great.

The food was good but even though they weren’t very busy we actually had to get up 2 times to go find someone to refill our drinks because our server just disappeared. Update 2/20/26 went back and everything was perfect good and service were first rate…

It was a disappointing experience.
It could be understandable if we were a small group of 3-5 people, however we were 8 adults with 4 kids.
By the time the food came to the table it was lukewarm/ room temp when it should have been brought out as it was ready.
It was a general consensus not to verbally complain because would have meant an even longer wait time before eating

Brittany was super nice and efficient as I was tired from working a 12 hr day…although it was moderately busy she got me started lickity split…changed the bar tv to the game that interested me…put in my togo order and made me feel welcome which is not a given on a Sunday evening….thanks to the management and staff for making my Sunday evening enjoyable….. ❤️❤️❤️

I love going to Red Robin. The atmosphere is always bright and upbeat. I really liked the overhead pictures at this particular location. We had a tiny bit of trouble getting seated, but we ended up in a great spot. The service was excellent (as always). They were understaffed, but that didn’t show at all in the service we received. Our server was awesome, and our food was great. My burger was a bit too pink for my liking, but it was really no big deal. Everything else was great!

I was pleasantly surprised that this establishment was not crowded. The food was excellent, the beverages were superb, and the music was wonderful! This is an ideal place to visit if you are experiencing a difficult evening. Their expertise in crafting drinks was truly impressive!

This restaurant is hit or miss. It is in a very convenient location on the Stringtown exit when you are travelling I71. I went twice within a two week span. Once the service and food was fantastic, the next time it service and food was ok. Not enough to complain about, but maybe enough to consider going somewhere else.
You can’t beat their 9.99 meal deal though. A drink, burger, and bottomless side.

It was my first time to dine in at Red Robin. The server was so kind to give me a free fries as a complimentary for it was my first time to try their food. I love the strawberry milkshake, ribs and onion rings. I would for sure go back. Thank you!

I ordered my meal delivery; it arrived on time and hot. The food was amazing, exactly how I ordered it. One of the best burgers I’ve had at a very reasonable price. I ordered through the site, so the delivery fees weren’t through the roof, very reasonable. A great overall experience.

Server started out fine, then kitchen brought out food while missing some ordered items. Initial order of fries old, hard, and nasty. Had to wait a while to ask for reorder of fries and the requested missing items. Once everything was there, noticed no ketchup, no salt, no pepper on table and started watching for server again. In server’s defense, although place only about 25% full, she had several tables, but that didn’t help us enjoy our dinner.
