It’s incredibly frustrating when a restaurant can’t fulfill an order, especially well before closing time. If a business advertises a 10 PM closing, customers reasonably expect a full menu to be available for a significant period leading up to that time. It’s misleading to imply full service hours when, in reality, options become limited much earlier.
