We normally really enjoy Metro pizza (the downtown Lancaster location), and we decided to try this location for the first time.
Unfortunately the food was cold when we got it! Not sure if they gave us an older order, or if they told us the wrong wait time, but it was just cold!
We would be willing to try it again though, because the other location is very good. I’ll update this review if it changes the next time.

I’d like thank glen eshelman. My name is Wilson am a disable veteran and the person in brown coat is my best friend manny who help me pass out this amazing pizza to our community from officers , mails carriers, business office people , people less fortunate and the water street mission. A lot of I love this pizza, they have amazing subs and pizza, personally I thank you for having it on time,Cheese is the best. There’s a lot people but some didn’t want their picture taken all people that got their picture taken were all asked and told where am going post the pictures. We support local businesses and glad to have purchase such an awesome pizza everyone love this pizza and subs.it’s a must try.
Update: I didn’t leave service review as it was horrible. I wish them the best but personally I wish they work on family friendly service.

We ordered wings, chicken parmesan sub and mozzarella sticks. All of them tasted great. Their food has a unique taste to it that i’ve not experienced before. But I love it. It’s different as far as the flavors. They’re barbecue sauce, is so subtle, sweet and not the typical type you get somewhere and I really like it a lot. There mozzarella stickshave a unique flavor to them. The marinara , is very good , too. Also is unique too, not like others I’ve experienced before has a little bit of sweetness to it.Perfect. the chicken parmesan a sub was very good. The sauce was perfect not too sour. The breaded chicken was crispy. They did a great job. That was my first experience ordering from them. They also had my order done in a timely manner. And they were very nice and polite to me.

Called Tuesday afternoon at 330. Took awhile to pick up then put me on hold for 7 minutes without picking up. Silver spring location, all good went to Carusos down the street and was better off anyways .

Awesome prices!!! A 5 dollar one topping pizza?! Not even little Caesars does that and its really good. Two Italian strombolis for 13.99! 5 XL cheese pizzas for 30$. Worth the drive even if it’s out of your way

Is a nice quick go to pizza place when you need a decent pizza and a good option of toppings. Besides pizza they have a good selection of sandwiches, salads and wings. Prices are always great and can not be beaten by anyone around. That’s why we use them when a party of any kind is hosted at my house. Have gone before and will definitely go again.

Decent pizza, but nowhere near as good as the location in the Lancaster city area. It would be perfect if they’d switch up the recipe and style to mirror the other location- then I would gladly eat there on a regular basis.

Last time I ordered a special Pizza it was a ham and pineapple with extra cheese extra large. When it came to me I was missing about 4 in from both sides of the box so I called back and took pictures and proved to her that my ham and cheese was so much smaller than my extra cheese that I got which you know met the box size. She said it’ll be a credit I asked her are you sure she said yes it automatically comes up under your phone number I’m being told now that it does not it upsets me because I really love Metro’s Pizza but when you do dishonest things by taking and cutting pieces of my pizza out that’s not cool and again now they’re telling me it’s not there my credit so I give him one star even though the food is delicious it gets one star cuz they I swear cut food for my pizza and that’s why I sent emails and pictures. Says 10.99 for wings, but not honored.

Been going here for over 10 yrs but as of lately I’ve noticed crust has remained doughy and not crisp.
It’s still decent pizza for the price ($11 XL cheese); but I’d rather spend a few extra bucks for a true NY thin style if it’s not being cooked thoroughly now.
I get it’s not a brick oven or anything fancy but it would be nice to keep pizza inside the conveyer a bit longer to give the dough a nice undercarriage and crunch. As of lately sometimes it can seem hardly cooked.
