I went to the drive thru where I had a BAD experience where I ordered a big Mac. I told the lady I wanted a big mac without onion and pickle. But to add extra cheese. When I received it it had no lettuce no sauce they made the big mac look like a mcdouble including with the extra bread. Explain to them 3 times how I wanted the big Mac with the extra cheese. And still looking like a mcdouble with the bread hanging from the bottom with no meat. I asked for the manager she told me she is the manager. And I told her do you know how to make a big mac, she told me she does and I told her apparently not because it looks like a mcdouble. Finally after the fourth try they did it right but with an attitude. they all spoke Spanish so their english wasn’t so great I don’t know if there was a language barrier but they need to learn how to make the meal for every customer correctly.

Had dinner on a busy Saturday. My food was hot and fresh. The place was very clean. And the staff was super friendly. Easily one of the best McDonalds experiences I’ve had in years.

Stopped by to grab some food with the family. Not only did my son get the wrong amount of chicken nuggets, which wasn’t the issue. We go to sit down to eat and we’re missing almost half of our order. So we go to the counter, receipt in hand and the manger on duty at 5 pm proceed to call my husband a liar. We clearly were still missing items, she could have easily walked over to our table to check. She was very rude and nasty. Not only did they mess up our order, but several customers orders. Which she proceed catching an attitude with them as well. As we were sitting at the table, she walked into the restroom with a bag of food in her hand.

Bad value compared to the Mcdonald’s only two minutes away on Frederick Road. This mcdonald’s has higher prices, charges for sauce, and overall lower food quality every time i’ve been.
Edit: just checked, this mcdonald’s is literally 25% more expensive than the other mcdonalds down the road. Embarrassing.

Ordered the big breakfast hot platter. Sliced the egg in half and saw disgusting MOLD EVERYWHERE!! Left feedback for the restaurant via the complaint form online and over the phone, still have not heard back. Absolutely mortified and concerned about the quality and safety of food this establishment is serving to the public!

Drive through experience – it is faster than other McDonald’s. The people are friendly. This Mcdonald was recently remodeled. It looks great inside and is comfortable to seat and eat.
