Very cute coffee shop inside the live hotel. I ordered a Cinnabon cupcake and it was so moist and tasted so good! The core was filled with cinnamon filling. It was definitely a tasty surprise.

This Black African girl is the worst customer rep ever. She doesn’t deserve to be working in a casino hotel rather should be in a third grade place because that’s how she behaves.
I greeted her and she behaved very disrespectful on the first go and made a weird face reaction. She refused to give me the ice cream I wanted, on racial bias.
I had to place an order for 10 more ice creams for an occasion, but she refused for the first one that I needed and ruined the whole occasion.
I am never going to come back to this worst place ever and will make sure that this place pays for the worst customer service that they still have this girl despite of multiple customer complaints.

Nice little coffee shop adjacent to the live entrance on the side of the hotel and Davids. Not a whole lot of gelato flavor options but they do have a couple of breakfast sandwiches and salads besides the coffees/teas and lattes options

The coffee is Starbucks, so can’t really go wrong with that. The employees are a bit…well, not in a hurry. There were two behind the counter, one was making a drink for my friend and the other was doing busy work. I stood by the register waiting for someone to take my order. It ended up being the girl who did my friend’s drink. Good thing it’s not busy whenever I come to visit the counter.

Went to take my boyfriends parents there since it was their first time at checking out the new hotel and all. The young African American girl (Maybe early twenties) Was working by herself and clearly no line. As my boyfriends parents aren’t very good in English, it took a little time placing our order and all. She seemed to rush us to make a decision (again NO one else was in line) And then upon leaving, my boyfriend asked for to-go lids and was ignored while she giggled and laughed with a casino worker that came to chat with her. So after completely ignoring him she grabbed it himself. She made a smart comment and rolled her eyes. Very “Professional” people you have working in such a nice hotel, huh?
Edit: The most recent time we went back ( about two years ago) the ice cream was complete trash and was labeled incorrectly. I had asked for chocolate chip and was given this disgusting oatmeal raisin flavored ice cream that tasted freezer burnt and like cardboard. Haven’t went back since.

I got the chocolate funfetti cupcake and it was thee worst cupcake I’ve ever had. I really love cupcakes so I was looking forward to trying something of there’s for the first time but I was sadly disappointed. It was very dry and the frosting wasn’t even good. I could’ve kept me $4.25, definitely not worth it.

The gelato at Luckies is to DIE for, especially the salted caramel and the milk chocolate. The cupcakes are really good too. All the desserts are beautiful. It’s a great place to grab a treat or a quick to-go lunch if you’re around the hotel/casino and want a salad or sandwich.

I was really excited to try the cupcakes but the frosting tastes like they left out the sugar. I prefer buttercream. I am not a fan of the bland frosting. But I guess some people like it.
