I walked into an empty store and was ignored for 10 minutes. After my order was taken i was standing there waiting so long that another customer asked her if she even took my order yet and the short lady with the glasses and bun said that she “forgot to make my order” even if I saw her look at me numerous times. Then she decided she wanted to have an attitude with me like i was in the wrong.

From the minute she took my order it was a big welcome.

They served me cold burgers. The cheese on the jalapeño burgers was dried out. Soggy onion rings, and the cashier who took care of me was angry. I left everything on the table, complained to a girl who said she was an assistant manager. $22.00 for Garbage food.

Just drove over a half hour in the snow from a hotel for a wedding tonight, to get one double cheeseburger. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, the manager was awesome, and a double cheeseburger was.PHENOMENAL
