I had an excellent experience in the drive-through thanks to Cooper! From the moment he greeted me through the line, he was polite, upbeat, and incredibly professional. It’s not always easy to feel welcomed in a drive-through setting, but Cooper made the interaction feel personal and friendly.
He confirmed my order clearly, made sure everything was accurate, and had it out quickly and fresh. His positive attitude and great customer service truly stood out. Even during what seemed like a busy time, he stayed calm, efficient, and kind.
Cooper made my drive-through experience smooth and enjoyable. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him on their team!

I’ve visited this location multiple times and every time, my order has missing the sauces I’ve asked for. They will even be listed on the receipt and still somehow not make it to the bag.
I’ve also found that staff at this location are not rude but not friendly either. Food is good just make sure you check before you leave.

It at the bottom, cause it will for sure ruin your shoes when it falls apart.

The worst chick fil la I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to me so sometimes I go here out of convenience, but without failure they always get my order wrong. We always have to triple check our food before leaving. Not to mention they don’t know how to manage a line at all and just sit and talk to each other instead of focusing on customers.

This particular chick fi-a is ALWAYS CLEAN. The MANAGER and STAFF is ALWAYS POLITE, the SERVICE is very PROMT. But the manager is soooo respectful and always have a SMILING FACE I love going to south blvd check- FIL-A. At South blvd near the AMC movie theater . All the staff ROCKS . Awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven’t eaten the chicken since they changed where they buy their chicken from. I hate the way their new chicken taste but I still usually get their fries and a milkshake. They forgot my Polynesian sauce and when I asked for it they got an attitude. They aren’t friendly like most places. The fries? They smelled like a fart and it had such a weird taste. I won’t be back. I’m not sure what’s going on.

AWFUL customer service! They refused to serve me because they wouldn’t break my $100 bill since my order total was too small. Older man in the drive through said “You don’t have a card?” Then just shrugged his shoulders and walked off when I said I didn’t. Never been treated like this at a Chick-Fil-A.

Not sure how to explain it, but the chicken sandwich and fries taste different here, it tastes like Jesus himself was cooking my food, i’m not a expert on Chick fil a fries, but damn it was so freaking good

Recently went here. Brand new store, recently updated/redesigned. Double lane drive thru. The employees are hardworkers, clean bathrooms. 5 stars. The process is little different for dine in. You seat down at a number table. The employee will come over and ask what you like. Pay at the table and they will bring the food out. No tip. Very easy process. See photos
