Disappointing sandwiches and service. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with condiments for dine in. First lost my order at the counter and kept asking if other orders were mine. Plus, gave me a plain chicken sandwich without any condiments (left) as carry out. I went back to the counter about the sandwich, they basically “threw” the new sandwich at me and said it is mine.
The plain chicken is tasteless and the spicy chicken is disappointing.
I will stick with burger and frosty next time.

Nathan was the gentleman at the cashier. Very pleasant and polite. Asked how our day was. Greeted us when we walked in ans when we left. Great employee. Will be back. We loves this Wendy’s. C you soon.

We go a lot to this Wendy’s on 53rd since it’s between school and dance class. It is very consistent and the two black gentlemen at the drive thru are exceptional. Fast, courteous and my order is perfect each time. They even took the time to get my girls their requested fidget toys from the toy line up. Pic of extra sauces I asked for and actually get!

My sister and I waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our order. No one took our order. One of the employees was yelling at another. We wasn’t the only ones that left. Several other cars left also. They clearly didn’t care if they lost customers.

Didn’t say a single word to me other than the total of my order and then shoved the bag in my face without even looking at me. No “goodnight” “have a great night” etc just shove. I could understand if they were packed and busy but they weren’t. There’s no excuse for having bad customer service in any establishment fast food or not.

Guy told me not to place mobile orders while in line because it effects their time. Yet they didn’t even give me my 4 piece nugget for my biggie bag, should be more concerned about getting order correct versus their time.

Went there today and there restroom was a damn mess and have been that way for awhile like usual. I go in there occasionally and it looks like their bathrooms haven’t been clean in a week. I don’t care that the manager made excuses that she has to flop from store to store. You have a damn crew so use your crew. Shouldn’t be hoping from store to store anyhow. I had to go to the gas station just to use the bathroom because I refused to use theirs. Please clean the bathroom! And if you don’t have the crew, then hire another person for that. And don’t act offended when I tell you about the bathrooms. McDonald’s cleans them if you tell them there is a mess. I won’t be going back to this location for a long time.

Came through the other day and ordered a Dave’s double 5 for $5 meal. Fries were not even warm and were dry. Asked for BBQ sauce for my nuggets and didn’t even get that. Do better people. After a long day at work I should be able to have some sort of happiness. This is treat to myself for making it through the day and you go and ruin it. It’s literally the simplest things. Will not be visiting again.
