My first time here. Had the onion ring tower , mad love burger with bottomless steak fries. My bf had the whisky river bbq chicken sandwich. The food was perfect. Onion rings nice n crispy. Chicken sandwich crispy (I took a bite lol) and flavorful. Burger was big! But very delicious. I can’t believe I hadn’t come here sooner. My only complaint would be my margarita tasted more like juice. Didn’t taste any alcohol at all but other than that, 10/10 time & will be back

We went to the Red Robin in the northeast Charlotte area, not far from our Airbnb on Cheviot Road. The food was good, and the manager was nice enough to comp our appetizer since it came out late, which I really appreciated.
The service, though, was pretty bad. It was late and seemed like they were short-staffed or not paying attention. We were seated in a back corner and had to keep flagging down our server just to get refills. It took forever for basic things.
In the end, she gave us a salad to go, which was a nice gesture, and I still tipped 20%. Overall, the food was good but the service needs tightening up.

First time visiting a Red Robin and had a great experience. Burger was delicious and service was excellent.
I mentioned to the waitress that it was my first time in and they comped me some fries so I was also able to order a little healthier side of broccoli with my burger. Overall a great experience and felt like this location is well managed.

My husband and I have been numerous time…dine in and carry out in 2024. Decided to go today, the service was acceptable. The food was not? I ordered a salad with grilled chicken well done. It was not, cucumbers were over ripe..the lettuce was a mix of old and fresh lettuce. I was not satisfied. The shrimp was supposed to be lighted breaded according to menu. The garlic fries were too greasy to even eat, the manager brought them to the table as if he could not see all that grease. The first order wasn’t right was the reason for the 2nd order. We decided not to return this location..

This was my first time eating at Red Robins. I must say from the time we walked in until we left the customer service was excellent. I had the chicken tenders (clucks) with steak fries. My Sista had some type of burger with the works including a whole pineapple on it with steak fries. It looked so delicious. We had an amazing time. The waiter was so funny and always asked if we were good. I would definitely go back.

Tasha was our server for a party of 9. She was helpful, and although only two servers for that late afternoon, she was attentive to our needs. Our drink and food orders came out quickly. The self pay with receipts was new for me and some of the other guests, but everything was smooth sailing with self checking out!
Most of our birthday group ordered burgers and fries, a couple of salads, and since I had not had pizza in a long time, and theirs looked so good, I tried a small one. It was tasty. The decor was nice and the restaurant was overall nice and spacious. My 1st time since they came to Charlotte, and they did not disappoint! Our young friend turns 40 this week so we had to celebrate him. Fun time for all. I will mention that he received some very nice gifts and gift cards!!!—-but the topper was a concert ticket to see Usher in October 2024!!
