I honestly don’t know where to begin or what to write but even giving a ONE STAR is too generous after the situation that happened last night. Given the circumstances and the time, I understand it was going to be moment on receiving food in the drive thru especially being short staffed around overnights. But last night rubbed me and my wife the wrong way. When we got to the cashier in the drive thru, I told the employee that the root beer needed to be no ice nicely but then she proceeded to tell me that I told her light ice even though it wasn’t the case. So I let her do her thing hoping this person was capable to do her job, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. So when we received the food, we were missing ten piece nuggets and our fries were cold, other than that the food was exact for the most part. So since the dinning room was closed, I proceed to go to the mobile delivery station where Uber Eats and other service pick up and ring the button. With it being below temperatures last night and stood outside for more than HALF HOUR until someone came up and I tried to explain hey we are missing just ONE TEN PIECE AND ALSO IF THEY WOULD BE KIND TO GIVE US FRESH FRIES FOR OUR TROUBLES since our fries weren’t hot. So instead of being a measly 20 min wait, my wife and I ended up being at the store for more than HOUR and I had other people concern as well seeing me trying to keep myself warm while waiting on the food. So we did finally end up getting the food but again the FRIES WERE STILL COLD . This is completely unacceptable so honestly I would GIVE them negative stars at this point. PLEASE DO BETTER. I KNOW CUSTOMERS CAN BE IMPATIENT.

Probably the worst Mcdonalds in the entire Western New York area. High bar to set, I know. But it genuinely is. Almost every time food is cold. Fries under seasoned. And the kicker… a quick time to get food is about 20 minutes on average (no joke). I have had two times this past month where it was over a 45 minute wait in the drive-thru. I placed a mobile order so there’s not much I can do. My one wait was so long (52 minutes from check in) the Mcdonalds app automatically refunded me a couple hours later.

And I know it’s not really the staffs fault. The manager here is honestly a joke. They are clearly understaffed, but they never hire anybody lol. Kind of silly.

Ordered online around 930 pm on a Friday night, waited forever in the drive thru. Didn’t get my nuggets, I got some kind of slop with onions and sauce in the box. I dont know what it is. Clearly it was a joke by the night staff, never seen anything this pathetic. They must hire anybody, never again lol.

We ordered 2 kids meals and a meal set today for lunch and we waited for over 10 minutes. There are nearly no walk in customers in this restaurant but there is no staff having the time to take walk in orders. There are about 10 staff inside the kitchen that are very busy to handle the drive through customers.

Went through the drive through on February 2nd. Got there at around 6am, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes to no answer. Said “hello” to see if I could get their attention. Nothing so I drove around, not a single car in drive through, and get back to the box where I sit for another 5 minutes. I’ve now spent 10 minutes waiting at the speaker so I’m thinking it broken. I pull up to the window where I sit for about another 3 minutes getting completely ignore by those inside. They’re on their phones, I can hear them laughing and yelling at each other. Whole thing looked like a first period high school class. Never got my food, all I ordered was a sausage McGriddle. One sandwich with a single item on it and that was just to much work for them. I hope these employees get reviewed or face some kind of consequences. Want to get paid more but not even worth the 15 they’re making. Diabolical.

I don’t think I’ve ever been screamed at and not able to re correct my order they got wrong because they gave me the total to pull up before I could speak before. Very clear the guy was on something as well disgusting pulled off before I even got my food who knows what was in there or if he spit in it w the attitude he had .

Convenient location, really nice cups for cold drinks. Drive thru wasn’t too bad, a bit slow. Service was very friendly. The food was not good however – Worst fries I ever had from McDonald’s. I am sure it was just a fluke, I’ll try again next time I am down.

Came in for a DoorDash pickup around 10:50 p.m. on Friday, January 16 — it was a little busy, which I completely understand. What I don’t understand is being fully acknowledged (locked eyes, twice) while standing alone at the front counter and still not being spoken to at all. No “I’ll be right with you,” no “one second,” nothing. Just silence
This involved the tall woman working the front counter at the time.
There was already a DoorDash order sitting right on the counter , clearly marked, and I had to awkwardly step closer just to get acknowledged . When I finally asked, I was told “it’s gonna have to be a second” ⏳ — even though the order was visibly right there. Turns out… it was mine ‍♂️
The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable . Being busy isn’t the issue — attitude is. As a delivery driver, we’re basically contracted extensions of the brand , and moments like this make you feel like you’re in the wrong place for simply doing your job.
I can’t judge the food ❓ because I didn’t try it — but based on this experience, I won’t be coming back to try it.
Customer service is the face of a business, especially fast food . This experience made me not want to pick up from this location again

Ordered at the kiosk two egg McMuffins, one hash brown and two bacon and cheese biscuits, which come without egg. Got home and opened them. I received two egg McMuffins, one hash brown and then two egg and cheese biscuits no bacon on them with egg added onto them and they looked absolutely disgusting falling apart. I called and they said that I could not get my food replaced because it was right after breakfast, even though it would require only cheese and bacon and two biscuits All of which they serve 24 hours except the biscuit. Spoke to Ray not very helpful. Did not even ask a name or offer to do anything But replace them the next day. Typically, I cannot stop at McDonald’s for breakfast as I drop my son off at school and go directly at work at nine but today I had the morning free. I feel I should at least be offered a refund, especially considering I could not get my food back that I ordered today so I am not able to eat Breakfast with my boyfriend, I do not eat eggs and the food look like absolute garbage in a wrapper. And to make it worse, it was not even busy whatsoever in the drive-through or inside which it typically is at that location
