I visited right before lunch and decided to go inside to order. I chose the Spicy Chicken Sandwich which tasted pretty good. I was very impressed with Henry who despite the kitchen backup, remained calm and super friendly. He has amazing customer service skills. The atmosphere was also quite calm and quiet, making it very simple to order. I also loved that they provide a Military discount. Even though the combo meals are a little pricey, I will definitely visit again.

There is a basic level of service and consistency with a chain restaurant, and I have eaten at several Popeyes and competition. I had made a mistake with my mobile order, that was no fault of the restaurant, but the Manager, Sondra took care of making it right and in a very pleasant way. The cashier was so very engaging and you could tell was really enjoying her job. She could be seen in the dining area engaging customers, cleaning and making recommendations for their next visit. I could hear the managers encouraging the staff and working alongside everyone. I can honestly say, this was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had!

I stopped by this Popeyes fully expecting the usual: great chicken, a little chaos, and maybe a biscuit that challenges my dental insurance. Instead, I walked into what felt like the Ritz-Carlton of fried chicken.
The place was spotless. Tables clean. Floors clean. Even the sauce station looked like it had been detailed by a NASCAR pit crew. And the staff? They actually looked like they enjoyed working there, which is rarer than a slow lunch hour.
Huge shoutout to Sarah at the counter. Fast. Efficient. Laser-focused on getting me my order with a little extra humor. I blinked and somehow my food was already in my hands. If there were an Olympic event for quick service, Sarah would take gold.
And the chicken? Perfect. Hot. Crispy. Full of the kind of joy that makes you briefly reconsider all other life plans.

Chicken was nice and warm except the biscuit and fries the biscuit was cold as a brick of ice .. the fries were like warm . I usually take the food back but I was in a rush . Hince fast food but I didn’t want fast cold food but I reckon you got to sacrifice something so this visit was not a rewarding as the Popeyes commercials or my last few visits . My daughter and I went through the drive-through at this Popeyes yesterday. It was the start of our 2-Hour road trip, so we decided to get some food before hitting the road.
The attendant that took our order and was at the drive-through window seemed as if she might’ve been in a bad mood, or not having a good day. She was not polite or courteous, and she had a bad attitude.
At the drive-through window, I tried asking about something new they had on the menu, and she was very reluctant to even respond to me. She stayed silent a lot, and I kept having to ask her if she was still there because she was not answering my questions. She seemed very annoyed and did not want to be bothered.
With all of that attitude and frustration, when I finally got to the window, my food was not even ready. She then informed me that it would take an extra seven minutes for my spicy blackened chicken sandwiches to be ready. I told her I don’t have time to wait so she can just give me the regular versions.
She rolled her eyes and almost dropped my credit card as she snatched it from my hand. I gave her the look of disappointment and indicated that this was not OK. She went and got the food and handed the bag to me without as much as a thank you.
My daughter was not at all surprised by any of this because she frequents this establishment. She said this is how they normally are there. I had not encountered that before and was appalled by the whole thing.
I checked my receipt as I was driving off and realized that I was charged an additional $.25 per combo meals. I was confused as to what the extra charges were and then realized she gave me size medium drinks, which she never asked me about. I assumed that I was getting whatever the standard size was that came along with the combos.
If we were not in a rush, I would have parked, gone inside, and demanded a refund of everything. This was not acceptable at all.
Besides the poor service, the sandwiches, fries, biscuits, and drinks were good. We enjoyed them.
