First time ordering from here and what a joke. extremely oily pizza and def very bad quality. wings had no sauce, and the “stix” was just a touch crazy greasy pizza. sent pics to customer service and they agreed and gave me a refund. less delicery fee and tip… after seeing the stats and reviews, i truly am surprised the place is still ioen!

Called to see the wait time and place an order Togo and the girl that answered said they were packed, that’s why she kept me on hold 10 min. I was already on my way I was just trying to order in advance. Pull up and empty, not a single customer. She’s walking around on her cell phone while I stood there for 5+ min and the girl in the back making pizzas says there’s someone at the front. While she’s taking my order, she stood there picking her face so I just left. How this location is still open I have no idea, this isn’t the first, just the worst experience at this location.

To give a bad review is not right on this one. Yes the service was slow, but it really is not their fault. There were only 3 people working here… this is one of the busiest pizza joints in the area. I blame the company for the problems of the store. It is not the fault of three people do the job of 6 people. They actually should commended for not going postal on the angry mob.

Why is this place even open if it cannot function properly. Literally called an order an hour in advance so I didnt have to wait… I had to wait for my order for 40 mins. Literally took 10 mins to even acknowledge me… this is on a Saturday when you would think they would be prepared. On top of that they made the wrong pizza .. The reason why I writing this review cause its the 3 rd time this has happened… never coming to the location again , I would rather go down 518 and baybrook… do us all a favor and close this location down..

This location is undefeated at disappointing me. I have chosen to order at this location only about 6 times total since they opened, and EVERY time I arrive there’s an issue. Every. Single. Time. Pizza is not ready. Pizza has not even been started yet. Pizza is showing that it’s in the oven for 30 mins. Pizza pickup machine not working. Never an apology. Never an explanation. But reliable and consistent on guaranteed bad experience. TERRIBLE.

Hallelujah! We don’t have to travel to League City to pick up some Little Caesars anymore!
Right here in the center of Friendswood, we now have our own Little Caesars. Blink and you might miss it…there isn’t even a sign up yet. Yup, it’s that new. (see pics)
Directly across the street from Friendswood Friends Church and close to the library, they couldn’t have picked a better location. It’s easy to find and plenty of parking is available.
Like other Little Caesars restaurants, if you place your order online, you’ll be notified as your food is prepared and know right away when it’s ready for pickup. You don’t even have to wait in line to collect it. (see pics)
I’ve read a couple of other reviews and seen that others were disappointed by the wait times. That’s why I’m writing this post. We’ve been there twice already and experienced fast and friendly service.
Yes. They are just starting up and are short staffed. Kimberly, the trainer, tells me they are currently looking to hire another 8 candidates. Walk in to apply.
The layout is lovely. This location is on the corner and there are two walls of windows. (see pics)

Not to blame the employees. Halloween night 2 people working and they are working as hard as they can but should be 8 people working. No boxes prepared orders are running over an hour behind with no notifications.

If I could go lower I would. This isn’t a store issue but a corporate issue. I ordered ten pizzas with 6 days notice. Immediately realized that I place it for a day too early. Tried editing and canceling my order and was told I was not allowed even though I was still planning on getting pizza. Went to the store and the manager said she would make sure it was on the correct day. Pizza showed up a day early. Been waiting twenty five minutes now to speak to a person again

This location is a disaster. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, and more interested in laughing and joking in the back than doing their jobs. Orders were constantly messed up, and people—including DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers—were waiting over an hour for a basic pizza. Absolutely unacceptable. This place needs new management ASAP. Avoid it at all costs.
