Saigon Avenue is hands down one of our absolute favorite places to eat. The pho is phenomenal, rich, comforting, perfectly balanced, and consistently some of the best I’ve ever had.
Today I tried the grilled beef spring rolls for the first time and… wow. Easily the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly grilled, and packed with so much goodness in every bite. I can tell already that I’m going to be craving these again tomorrow!
What truly makes this place special (on top of the incredible food) is the service. The staff is always so warm, attentive, and genuinely wonderful. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in, every single time.
This has become my daughter’s and my favorite place to eat together. Our little go to spot down the street for amazing food and quality time. So grateful to have a place like this in Monrovia. Highly recommend!

I feel so bad for giving their food to cancer patient at the nearby hospital from this place. Their Sandwich contained this black/white hair and their tea lid had bugs on it. I called to get a refund but nobody answered the phone. This was ordered today October 13th, 2025 at around 1:20pm. Patient feels disgusted as do I since I practically almost finished 1/2 of my sandwich. Safety priority is a must. You never know who is buying your food.

Last week when I was working in Pasadena, it was nearly lunch time and as I usually check Google maps for places i did it, then spoted this place, and I was checking the menu , then decided to try. Once got there the place is very cool, clean and looks very romantic, with few tables to enjoy any meal of the day either alone, with family friends or even a date. The guys are very welcoming and friendly. After checking the menu for a few minutes I decided to get a banh mi, ( sandwich). While waiting for my food Hien, the guy who took care of me offered me some water, and I have noticed that not all the places offer water while waiting the orders to go. Once I finished my cup with water Mr Chung came to me and offered me some more water, and of course I couldn’t denied his friendly offer. Very gentle guys. By the way I had a chicken, pork and beef sandwich. Mine was very delicious. Personally I loved the flavor and very affordable price ,I’m looking forward to try the Pho if I’m nearby some time. Highly recommend this place is totally worth it

We loved this quaint and very aesthetic Vietnamese restaurant. The service was beautiful; we were treated like family. The food was wonderful; it definitely hit the spot and made my daughter’s requests for her 12 th birthday very special. And after dinner the downtown Monrovia lights and shops were just a beautiful way to end the evening!

It is great brother and the meat tastes good. My only negative is that the meats were not as tender as I would like but that’s my preference. Over all I would go again

The pho was amazing (10/10) which helped outweigh the fact that the shrimp and egg rolls were not great and hella dry/burnt (1/10). I was too shy to ask them to take it back so took the L on the appetizer. I’d come back for the pho though!

Located in Monrovia downtown. A family business. Overall food and service are above average. The chicken on the salad was a bit too salty and chewy.

Food was delicious the herbs were so strong but it gave the soup so much flavor I really enjoyed. The thai iced tea was quenched my thirst and kept me cool on this hot day.
