I ordered a wonton soup and got a seafood soup. Instead, I return the following day they refused to compensate me or give me a new dish, I will never return again. I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years now with multiple orders, this is how they treat loyalty, I brought everything back intact with package and receipt in hand, these people are ruthless, buyer beware. First time here. First time ordering the walnut shrimp with white rice. I ordered my food to go. Food was great but my rice was not given to me. I ordered walnut shrimp but didn’t realize the shrimp was covered with mayonnaise and walnuts. I want aware about the mayonnaise. I don’t like globs of mayonnaise. So for my first experience I was not pleased. I will come back and order something different and I will make sure my rice is not forgotten again. In my pic the shrimp looks wonderful until you realize that sauce is all mayonnaise.

I love this place for Chinese Food!! Torrance, CA is so fortunate to have this location for over the last 26+ years. The same owner, which is family owned and operated. I appreciate Mandarin Kitchen because the prices are so affordable and the food is consistent, delicious and authentic. I thank this hard working family for being still opened throughout 26+ year’s., it is greatly appreciated by the community. This Chinese restaurant is primarily setup for takeout. If you call ahead your order will be ready shortly upon arrival. There is always a crowd waiting but it is short and worth the wait. This food is ONO (delicious). Congratulations to this establishment for great food and excellent packaging to go orders! Best Chinese food in town, hands down not to mention the portions are more than adequate.

I tried both the hot and sour soup and the egg drop soup, and they were absolutely delicious! The hot and sour soup had the perfect balance of tang and heat, while the egg drop soup was rich with plenty of eggs—definitely a step above other Chinese restaurants in the area. Both the Mongolian beef and Mongolian chicken were incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The cream cheese wontons and shrimp chicken egg rolls were outstanding—perfectly crispy on the outside with a savory, handmade filling. The food came out quickly, with a fantastic ‘wok hei’ aroma, and the service was warm and attentive. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!
