The drive thru hours on Google say closes at 1am, I get here at midnight and the ‘this store is closed please visit us again’ message gets replayed on repeat at the screen. I can physically see employees in the store, cars in parking lot, and lights are on. Why? Just turning people away. This has happened to me at least 3 different times now between the hours of 1130 and 1230 at night

Idk why y’all always make me pull ahead. I order 2 cheeseburgers? “Please pull ahead we’ll bring it out”. I order $100 worth of food? I gotta pull ahead. I order pickup 30 minutes before picking I up in the drive through? Pull ahead. It makes no sense. Food is good but I have to always ask them to put in the sauces even if I pay for them bc they always forget. On a funny note, one time I couldn’t pull ahead when they asked because there were already 2 cars waiting and I would have blocked the drive through, so literally less than a minute later they handed me my entire order. I think they just made you pull ahead as a joke as it seriously makes no sense. The lady always kind of is smirking when she asks too. I’d love to know what’s so funny about that. “Ha ha we’re making you wait for your food that’s already ready”. Kinda weird. Food is always fresh tho but other than that 0 stars.

i ordered food thru the app and sent my grandson to pick it up for me and they refused to give it to him because i wasn’t within a mile radius i’m at home sick and that’s why i sent him. what is the issue? the guy who i spoke to was rude and basically said he doesn’t care. won’t go back to this place again. oh and they had no problem charging my card though for the food and now i gotta wait for a refund

EMPLOYEE MADE MY 6 YEAR OLD CRY! An older female employee blamed my son for spilling a drink which he didn’t do. She was extremely rude and was calling him a liar and made him cry. On top of it all she wouldn’t even clean up the spill and left it for people to slip in! What kind of a place advertises as kids friendly then has employees who yell at children! This woman should be fired and I will NEVER go back again!

I’m not a huge fan of eating fast food. Last night my daughter wanted Mc Donald’s and her dad and I delivered. Let me say that I was surprised how clean this establishment is and how quick they were. I have gone to other Mc Donald’s and they were so disgusting. Even the bathroom smelled like a decaying body. Not this McDonald’s. If you like McDonald’s then this is where you should go.

I went though the drive through August 1st I was waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes (3 people were in front of me) and when I got my food they didn’t mix my McFlurry, my fries were cold, my nuggets were stale, and they didn’t give me my sweet tea. I asked for it and the guy at the window stated that he “wasn’t going to give it to me cause they were almost out and he wanted it.” I was so confused because I paid for a large sweet tea and he didn’t want to give it to me. He then gave me a half full, sweet tea that was loaded with ice to the brim. I got barely 3 sips out of it. They wouldn’t let me have my receipt to leave a review either.

I placed an order on DoorDash and turns out that the order was taken by another dasher or someone else. The store refused to acknowledge THEIR mistake and redo the order and treated my dasher rude in the store. They wanted to cancel when on my end it says without refund. I had to contact support and play middleman between dasher and customer service. DO BETTER on DoorDash maybe actually monitor your orders.

This younger girl that was working the 2nd drive thru windows that was working night on 2/1 has a horrible attitude problem and has a horrible listening problem tried to give us a drink not even full and we told her it’s not full then she wanted to give attitude and get cocky when handing over drinks and food this has happend more then once at this location with her
