People and food was awful. I’d give a zero if I could not only was the item received old and nasty. The employees Addatudes were nasty and there hygiene. They were not waring hair nets, beard nets, hats or visers and not in proper uniforms. Clearly they didn’t want to work and were not nice about changing out old tea. They used volger language and stated that we were yelling. We weren’t yelling we were explaining that ice tea is not ment to be cloudy. Ice tea turns cloudy only after it is past the expiration. They should know this the manager should have a food handler license and employees properly trained.

The chicken gold sauce was not put in our bag and we had to make a u-turn to come back as we hadn’t really ate breakfast and we were looking forward to lunch. The chicken gold sauce is supposed to come with bacon, yet it did not. The pickles were on only one side and when my dad pulled it out of the bag, the chicken was halfway off the bun. On top of it, all of our food was cold.

I really wouldn’t give this location any stars. Absolutely Nasty Store. I’m surprised this location is still there after years of nasty. Start with maybe power washing the dirt/grime off the ramp and walkways going into the place. After that We waited for the lady to come inside from smoking outside the store to take our order. O she didn’t Wash Her Hands! After taking our order she left from taking our order and our cash and started bagging to go orders at the drive thru window. O she didn’t Wash Her Hands. As she she bagging orders she is eating French fries out of the French fries area. O she didn’t Wash Her Hands. Look around the counter area, tile missing on floor, wallpaper falling off walls. Nasty Place!!

Took over 10 minutes for my order to be ready , drive thru was getting all order , inside orders had to wait the server screamed at an older lady that why she was shaking her head it’s only her , she even attacked me for wanting syrup when I was not giving one drive thru was long also

35 minutes after we ordered, still did not receive our food. Multiple other people also without their food. Ended up leaving as no one was willing to help or seemed in a hurry to get food. However, several people were going through the drive through and being served.

Employees were polite and did a great job but food has gone downhill due to management stinginess. Caramel sundae barely had any caramel. At least the bathroom was clean, well-stocked, and doors lacked gaps so was private. App was also having trouble. Took my money but didn’t record my order properly.

It’s McDonald’s. It’s quick, cheap and easy. The inside of this one looks clean and tidy. No garbage floating around anywhere. The staff was pleasant enough and as I said my order was quick!

Worst fast food or restaurant experience I’ve had in my 55 years of my life. Went through the drive through paid for my order and pulled up to get my food. The girl asked me what my order was. Really? Then I seriously waited for 12 minutes, as she told me they were waiting on the egg. When she finally gave me my order she just said, “here you go”. No “sorry for the wait” or “thanks for visiting McDonalds”. Needless to say my food was cold by the time I got it.
And the people behind me? I bet their’s had flies on it by now and the meat was rotten. She could have asked me to move forward and park and they would bring it out to me. Oh yeh, the girl at the window was just texting on her phone the whole time I was waiting. Absolute mind-blowing incompetence.

I wouldn’t know how their food was because their dining room wasn’t open despite the hours on the door stating they were. Unfortunately the next McDonald’s also wasn’t open for dining room so I went to Chick Fil A

Came in for a couple of happy meals. Toys were not included. We asked since they were not put in and the front desk is arguing with me. Very rude. This is the last time I will be coming here.
