It was our first time at Urban Egg and it was delicious! We stopped on our way to visit Pikes Peak. It was busy, but they kept things moving and the wait for food wasn’t long. Savina was our server – she was kind, had suggestions for meal choices, and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The Smoked Salmon Benedict was amazing – and the pancakes are large!! Definitely recommend!!

The food looks asthetically delicious and tastes as good as it looks.
Service was quick and friendly.
The restaurant is medium size, nothing fancy but clean which is important.
The wait time was 30 mins.
The kids chocolate chip pancakes got devoured and the adult size pancakes were filling.
Would recommend and most likely we will return.
Side note: You can pick 3 different pancake flavor if you’re choosey like myself.

Great tasting breakfast dishes like the blue corn tostadas with eggs over black beans and the gourmet pancakes. Our server was kind, patient and knew the menu very well. We’re definitely coming back!

We ordered the Carnitas and the Blue Corn Rancheros, and everything was delicious. The best part was being able to swap the side for a pancake, that was incredible! Maddison S. was very professional; at the beginning she took the time to describe the best parts of the menu, which really helped us choose. Friendly, attentive, and overall great service. We need a place like this in New York!

This was a nice brunch spot to try while in the area. It was bustling around 9, so be conscious of what time you visit.
We ordered a couple pancake flights that were huge! Pancakes had good flavor and were reasonable for the price. Ordered a typical plate with eggs, toast, hash browns, and bacon (or sausage). Another entree we ordered was the eggs Benedict which had good flavor as well.
The service was great as well. If we were back in Colorado, I’d visit again.

When I first arrived, there was a bit of a misunderstanding, BUT, after that, the experience was IMMACULATE. And I don’t use that word often or lightly! There are times where you’ll receive ok service and great food, or vice versa, maybe even bad everything, but this was an AMAZING EVERYTHING! Not only did I have a chance to chat with the general manager, BUT THE FOOD WAS GREAT. I had the corn beef hash, and it’s a MUST TRY! The crispy French toast was ALSO GREAT! Lastly? You want an amazing and refreshing margarita for breakfast, YES YES YES!!!! Thank you so much for this amazing morning! This is the kind of place that can set the tone for your entire WEEK. If you’re thinking about it, DON’T. JUST TREAT YOURSELF!

Urban Egg is always a favorite breakfast stop for us, and today was no exception. As always, the food was excellent – made well and using fresh ingredients with good size portions. But what also makes this place stand out is their high quality friendly service.
Maddison was our server today and she was so friendly and engaging, making great recommendations for the newer folks in our group.
Plan to visit – make a reservation or get on the waitlist via yelp ahead of time to save a wait.

Urban Egg consistently delivers an exceptional experience. Cassandra and Olivia are the very first faces you see when you walk in, and they greet you so warmly that you immediately feel welcomed. Cassandra is a friendly, familiar face we truly love seeing every time we visit, and her positive energy sets such a great tone right from the start.
As we were being seated, the General Manager, Tasha, stood out with her attention to detail—present, observant, and clearly invested in making sure everything was running smoothly. That level of leadership really enhances the overall experience.
Emily provided excellent service, especially since we were in a bit of a rush. Our food came out quickly, and the kitchen prepared beautifully presented plates that were just as impressive to look at as they were to eat. ✨
The support staff/busser team were all smiles, pleasant, and greeted us as well, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. And a special highlight for our little one—she absolutely loves the kid’s blueberry pancakes, fresh fruits, and chocolate milk she gets at Urban Egg!
