We craft real Neapolitan Pizza the way it was meant to be: Jeans stretched dough, fermented 48 hours to perfection. Fresh Italian ingredients, imported weekly San Marzano tomatoes, four di latte, 00. Capita flour, and extra virgin olive oil- nothing less. Backed in a 900 F stone oven, just like in Naples. For that signature blistered crust and soft centrer. Each pizza is made à la minute, ensuring the freshest bite, every time. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just passion and tradition-served hot.

8PM More time for authentic Italian pizza, fresh out of the oven …
Reviews
This is Neapolitan style so if you value more cheese and sauce and less crust go somewhere else and don’t give bad reviews if you do go anyway I’d advise looking at the numerous photos online to see what it looks like first. It’s also a food truck so don’t expect anything other than a food truck atmosphere with one person operating it. We went early and it wasn’t busy so Marco was able to converse with me for a while. He’s an interesting guy and you could feel his passion. If you go at a busier time you’d likely have to wait longer but the pizza is worth the wait, at least to me!
I tried the ORTOLANA. The ingredients were so fresh and tasteful that I couldn’t resist ordering more for my family.
The real Neapolitan Pizza in Orlando.
Marco is really one of kind.
RECOMMEND!

If you think all pizza tastes the same, you haven’t tried his.
It’s the kind of pizza that makes you pause after the first bite, like oh wow, this is different. It’s fresh, handmade, and cooked right there in a brick oven. You can smell it before you even get to the truck.
I’m not a crust person at all… but I always eat his. That says a lot.
He’s originally from Italy, and you can feel his love for what he does. Every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen, most of them imported, and he brings this joyful energy, he’ll sometimes sing while making your pizza, and it just adds to the charm.
It’s more than great pizza, it’s like getting a little taste of Italy without the plane ticket.
The location is also great, you don’t have to drive into Clermont to get something great to eat!
I highly recommend.
