I dislike being forced to order via kiosk. An employee should be stationed at the register to gladly accept all patrons orders. When 9 employees are standing around talking loudly to each other and you’re told to go order at the kiosk after waiting at the register for 6 minutes it makes me never want to go eat there again. Very poor management at every taco bell I’ve been to in the jackson Mississippi area.

Constantly take a long time to complete orders and never correct. Today I ordered two soft tacos and a Mexican pizza no sauce no bean. And this pizza is covered in bean making it inedible. I waited 20 minutes to get it from ordering. Taking it home, I open it to see this. Awful and the owners just don’t seem to care.

The Taco Bell in Carthage, MS is a disappointment and also unsatisfying . They will have no problem giving you the wrong order. When I went back to inform them that my order was wrong the manager was very rude while I continue to respond in a calm and civilized matter. During my return I was also told that I can’t get a refund nor an equal exchange for what I paid for; even after the fact that I haven’t touched the food that they decided to give me nor took a sip from my drink. When a restaurant is out of a certain good it is their responsibility to inform their customers that they’re all out. Instead this information was kept from me and I ended up paying for something that they didn’t have and received something that I didn’t want. This isn’t the first time I had a problem with this Taco Bell but I will make sure it is my last by never going back. I recommend anybody in Carthage, MS that’s looking for a delicious and satisfying meal to keep this Taco Bell out of sight, out of mind because it is obvious that this Taco Bell that I have come love and enjoy as a child has lost its ways and no longer cares about your hard earned money.
