My 18th birthday was today, and I called on Wednesday to ask if it was possible to have a custom cake made. When the employee answered the phone and I asked my question, his response was, “I guess we can,” and then he hung up. I found this to be very unprofessional and poor customer service. Additionally, I specifically asked for no sprinkles on the cake, but it was still made with sprinkles. I’m not sure why customers are asked about their preferences if those requests are not going to be followed.

I visited this place recently, and it was completely dead, not even close to being busy. The entire place was dirty with trash on the floors, and the tables seemed untouched. It took almost 45 minutes for my food to come out, which was frustrating. Additionally, the employees were rude. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Great experience. Never been to a Dairy Queen that had a theme before, even the waterfall tiki had ice cream. Very neat design definitely a conversation piece while eating.

I really enjoy this Dairy Queen in Grove City. Its bathrooms, eating area, and the kitchen are clean. I love that they have this large aquarium in the eating area that entertains children and adults alike. They also have for purchase party cakes, pops, cupcakes, etc…for home parties. All-in-all a well rounded comfortable atmosphere that’s clean and good food!

This Dairy Queen is actually one of the nicer & more updated stores that I’ve seen in a long time. They have this Hawaiian theme going on throughout the entire restaurant. They have 3 different fish tanks that separate the very back section of tables from the rest of the store. But, I I was impressed by just how clean & clear they really were! It was nice to be able to sit down with the family in a nice & clean Dairy Queen!

First time here and I got a custom ice cream cake. They met and exceeded my expectations! Very friendly service too!! Loved that I was able to order it online. For reference, I requested “a margarita and red wine glass, clinking together” and then the text below “21 with 9 years of experience”.
