Nice place and service. I was looking for a bakery nearby, and I found some good pretzels bites with sauce just made by order. It satisfied my bread craving of. I’ll come back to try some pies which looked delicious. And maybe a breakfast.
Thanks

I had a wonderful breakfast at Polly’s Pie Restaurant and Bakery. I ordered the Banana Macadamia Nut Pancake, which came in two generous layers along with two eggs and two strips of bacon — absolutely delicious. Everything paired perfectly with a good strong black coffee.

The service really stood out. Steve, the host, was very accommodating and professional, making me feel welcomed right away. Lynda took my order and went out of her way to ensure I was a happy camper from start to finish.

The atmosphere is slow-paced and relaxing, especially for a Saturday morning. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Overall, a great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Francis is wonderful! Food was delicious and quick. I had the ABC omelette and hashbrowns. Perfect portion size. Highly recommend.

Came across Polly’s on Google maps and decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our server was attentive and kind. What we ordered wasn’t that good, but we might stop by again and try other menu items. Oh, but that cornbread! It was so amazing! Didn’t try their pies this time but I did purchase a box of chocolate chip cookies to take home but was disappointed when they turned out to be peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, good thing I personally don’t have a peanut allergy. Did call them to let them know, and they were very helpful about it.

We’ve been going to Polly’s Pies for nearly 47 years as a family favorite and now it is a favorite family restaurant for the Grand kids. Of course over the years things have changed…the food, the prices, the staff, and even some locations. Regardless, Polly’s is our go to place for a family sit down. We have been to most of them, have never gotten a bad pie, nevertheless we do miss the bake beans with our Polly Burger Special, and would love and appreciate it if you would bring the beans back…..even if it’s seasonal..Just bring them back. It would be a lie if I said all of the servers have been as great as the pies. That’s a story for another time, because over all, “we love Polly’s Pies!!”
We”re ready for the Polly”s commercial… ❤️ ..

Horrible service right when you walk into the door. The place was empty and we were told to wait for a table. We waited ten minutes before we got seated. We asked for a table for seven but got a table for six, so since the place was empty, we took it upon ourselves to take another booth. The table wasn’t set with silverware and had to ask for it.

Menus were given to us after waiting at the table for another 10 minutes. After our order was taken, it drinks didn’t come out for another 15 minutes.

Our food arrived shortly after. I ordered the prime rib french dip which sounded delicious, but it was far from delicious. Meat was definitely not prime and was super dry and hard. The bread was not that good either.

They definitely need to be up their service and food. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to this location on and off since it changed from Baker Square to Polly’s Pies. The food is decent, but the service has always been hit or miss. This last visit was the final straw. We waited to be seated, which was fine, but after being seated we sat for 15 to 20 minutes with no greeting, no water, no drinks, nothing. The restaurant was about half empty, and it felt like we were completely forgotten.

I understand staffing and section coverage can affect service, but if guests are seated, someone should be responsible for checking on them. Sitting there with no acknowledgment is frustrating and a waste of time.

The food here is okay, but not good enough to make up for consistently unreliable service. The convenience of the location used to keep me coming back, but at this point, it’s not worth the gamble.

The restaurant excelled in every area, from service to food to atmosphere. Guests were made to feel welcome right away, with seating provided quickly. The menu was filled with diverse and appealing options, each dish carefully prepared and full of flavor. Food was served hot and on time, presented attractively. The staff maintained a friendly and professional approach, ensuring that every request was met without delay. Drinks were handled with efficiency, keeping guests comfortable. The dining area was spotless and cheerful, creating the perfect environment for a meal. It was a fantastic experience that will bring guests back again.

Our server Lenny was incredible. Honestly a one-man show. She was the host, server, and cashier all at once, yet still managed to be super friendly, attentive, and upbeat the entire morning. She even made me a mango mimosa that’s not even on the menu! That alone deserves major props. The food was still solid-our pancakes were buttery and perfectly cooked, the turkey sausage was tasty, and the hash browns were crowd-pleasers. (Golden Brown) The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that they were no longer offering the Oktoberfest menu but still we had a great time. Lenny’s outstanding service really made up for it. Would definitely come back-mostly to support staff like her who clearly go above and beyond!

This place is hit and miss, mostly misses. It’s notoriously known as long waits, whether you are dining in or ordering take out. After waiting 30 minutes for my take out order, I asked for my money back. The lady refunded me, but did not apologize or say anything. It’s as if she did not care for my business.
