Ordered thru the app and when I arrived for pick up thru the drive-thru I didn’t have a long wait, staff was very kind and courteous and order was exactly what I ordered. The only complaint is a big one. When I went to eat the fries, there were numerous pieces of melted plastic in the fries. I am assuming they were pieces of the fry bag that fell in the fryer. Unfortunately I ate one of them but luckily it was only one. I will know always double check before tipping the fry box in my mouth.

I come to this to this McDonald’s five or six times a week in the morning and they are always great usually, however last week when I ran through the drive-thru there must have been a new guy working and I asked for my hash browns well done and the response that I got was straight up disrespectful and he said “it’s 4:30 a.m. sir in the morning and we’re cooking all our breakfast now at the moment.” He said it with a condescending tone. I know it was 4:00 a.m. and I know y’all cook breakfast at that time, but I was asking for my breakfast to be well done not to be cooked normal and when I got my food it was of course soggy and undercooked. I have eorked customer service my whole life and thats not how you treat your customers. You should always treat them professionally and with respect. Honesty I just quit buying hash browns from McDonald’s and just get the biscuit and gravy only now. You’re not supposed to make the customer feel bad for wanting food cooked a certain way. Usually the crew in the morning are great to me and I have no complaints about anybody else besides that new person.

Ordered Quarter Pounder with ketchup and cheese only. And 2 Ranch Chicken Wraps got all the way home The Quarter Pounder was raw in the middle and I got 2 chicken wraps with some kind of hot sauce on them instead of Ranch. Tried calling immediately and no one would answer Phone. This isn’t the first time my order hasn’t been correct from this location. For now on I will hold the Drive Thur up while I check my food. It’s 8:45 pm and I’m not driving back up there after just getting home. Guess I’ll be eating a can of soup tonight.

I am a DoorDasher, and also a customer, of this particular McDonald’s, and it is without a doubt the best McDonald’s in all of Myrtle Beach. It’s a 24 hours McDonald’s and believe me I’ve been there at every one of those 24 hours and the food is always exceptional, The staff is always friendly and smiling and the place is always spotless. From a Dasher’s perspective, The food is always ready when I get there and that is tops in my book!

Inconsistent food and drinks.
Some mornings my coffee is not even 3/4 full. We order two every morning and every day one is sweet the other is bitter. We literally come every single morning but we may be finding a different more consistent and better managed McDonald’s from now on. I don’t mind driving further for better quality. It’s done went downhill here.

Trashiest McDonalds in the entirety of Myrtle Beach. Absolutely disgusting sanitation in the back of house, orders constantly wrong, rude employees at drive thru and even worse in store. You would think they’d send better people to one of the few 24 hour McDonald’s left in SC but I guess it makes sense no one wants to work for them and all they can find is whoever walks in from the bridge across the street. Should be shut down plain and simple, but they’d probably find a way to add pickles to that too.

I’ve gotta say, this is probably the best and friendliest McDonald’s that I have been to in a long time. They are always quick, extremely helpful, and very, very friendly. Whenever the app goes wrong, they are quick and helpful (recently waited twenty minutes in a drive through after asking 1 question at a different nearby McDonald’s, so it makes a big difference)! Even when doing deliveries, they are helpful and kind to the drivers such as me which just makes the long days a bit better 😀 certain workers are standouts not just for McDonald’s but just in general: Allison and Sean (and there is another shorter brunette lady that I’ll add in later) although I’m not sure on the spelling. Whenever I get Sean or Allison, I know I’m going to be taken care of, and when I hear their voice it puts a smile on my face. I could stop at about 4 different stores on my way to work and get the exact same things for food, but I wouldn’t dare. The staff makes my morning, and sets me up for the day.

Ordered at 11:47 through Door Dash did not receive the food until 1:15 am and it was missing 6 burgers and the rest of the food was already cold. This was the worse service I have ever experienced. Calling Door Dash or McDonalds did nothing but refund $12 out of $67 dollar order.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced, as a Door Dasher , They take up so much time, I’m actually in line right now, one car left in front of me and it’s been 15 min behind this car and 54 minutes total. C’mon guys, this is stupid. Still here and the inside area is closed, so it only drives through, an hour with 6 cars in front of me, very unacceptable. 5 minutes later,still here,
