It is a food truck by a busy street. I picked up food that I ordered over the phone. When I asked on the phone, the man I spoke with confirmed that the website ordering functionality is also live and working. I believe he was the owner and he was very pleasant. The food pickup was easy. There was a slight discount because I paid in cash. The pho was decent, nothing mind blowing, but still really hit the spot, and I was very glad that it was not sweet. The banh mi was delicious, but the bread was hard and tough. But still overall good food for a hungry, tired soul. Plus the owner gave me a complimentary sweet green tea topped with taro root (purple) cold foam! That was so cool. And it was actually delicious. I loved that it was a new flavor for me, something I’d never tried before, but also still delicious! And so sweet of him to offer it for free. There was no wait to get my food. There was one other employee present too. It’s the two of them in a parking lot in a food truck. If you look on Google maps street view you may not see the blue food truck, just the building that the food truck is next to.
