Server we had was excellent wish I had remembered his name. Food was decent can’t complain for what you’re paying. But the food came out relatively quick and the server was great! Usually never-mind stopping here for dinner if you beat the crowds

MOLD! Don’t eat here! Please be aware of moldy bread. I received this order on 11/21/25 @7:52PM. I was told the GM would “look into it” and gave me money back but that does nothing for how I feel knowing I unknowingly ate mold. Bad service is one thing, this is well above that. Imagine what else could be bad if something as simple as buns went bad and not only that but went unnoticed and it’s a late night order. They’ve been putting those buns out all day. This is horrible! Just don’t eat here!

*Note: I am updating from my previous response below. Today 7/24/2025 I placed a “to go” order and picked it up. The chicken looks tenders look old and like they re-fried them. The quesadillas barely have content in the middle of them and the kids hamburger was overcooked. Very disappointing this time. Not worth driving back up there, but I won’t order anymore.

Place was empty but couldn’t get service. What service we did receive was terrible. Me and my best friend went, she ordered steak and mashed potatoes, fries and a passion margarita. She got a normal margarita and when she brought it up the waitress argued with her about how it was the right one. It wasn’t. She took it back to re make it and we just never received the new drink, and never received her fries either. The manager was dismissive and slightly arrogant when it was brought up that items were missing and or wrong. Honestly it just sucked entirely, and we waited for forever for everything. I asked for a box at the end of my visit and never got one so I had to go bother the bar tender to even get a box. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else lol not worth the trip whatsoever

Just left there after sitting in a booth with my family for 20 minutes. Waitress passed by us 6 times and did not even acknowledge us. No, she was not busy. She was super friendly with all her other tables who were already served their food. I felt like she was being racist towards me and my family and should lose her job. Do better Applebees.

What’s up guys and gals, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here, I truly apologize…. So recently the wife and I were out doing a little shopping for the house and got hungry so we stopped at Applebee’s in Lyndhurst. I’ll get to the point, the food was great, piping hot, we didn’t have to wait long because we went around 1pm so it wasn’t crowded… It was a great experience, we’ve been to Applebee’s multiple times and this one was the best. Can’t remember our waitresses name, I’m sorry but she was nice and helpful. Our food was delicious and our drinks were A1 and strong! (This was a good thing, strong drinks are always a good thing, lol). Check the photos… Oh and the price point was good, we spent probably $70 altogether, we have two apps, two drinks and two meals.

First time at this Applebee’s and everything was great. It’s always nice to be greeted when you first walk in the door. We immediately sat at our table by the server. Anthony, our server was pleasant and knew the menu well and was patient intking our order..

We were seated instantly. However, we waited 12 minutes before we were even acknowledged by a waitress. We decided we’d wait 3 more minutes and leave and miraculously someone came over almost instantly. Applebee’s has 1 of the best happy hours but with such horrible service, it’s just not worth it. We waited an equally long time for service of any kind. The food was good and cooked exactly as ordered. The atmosphere was fine. It wasn’t busy at all, which made the long waits annoying.

This location was the worst yet. Waited 45 minutes to hour on food, food can for 2 of the 5 of us, the 3 of us had to wait 15-20 minutes more. We was eating waitress kept trying to get us to pay for order with no receipt and we still had more food and desserts cause it was my grandkids 11th birthday (triplets), customers who came after had eaten and left. Customers were waiting on bills 20 minutes or more. One lady kept telling waitress that she would dine and dash. Waitress to her her bill was 73.00, lady wanted a receipt to see her charges. I called corporate office right at the table, manger came out with a gift cards (30.00)total and apologize, she went to get my bill, I was still waiting on cake and ice cream. Manager came and comp meal cause she couldn’t find my bill….so everything was cool on my end. She told me to please come back.
