My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Red Lobster we has to review. Thank you to Nicole for such good customer service and etiquette. From the introduction greeted with a smile with a warmth that was so inviting. Nicole gave us very good meal and drink selections. We didn’t feel rushed and was attentive to us. When it was time to go she send us off by saying “get home safe, hope to see you guys again”. Enjoyed the energy and vibes through our dining experience.

Sara, our waitress, was very attentive and paid exceptional attention to detail with my family. She listened carefully to our orders and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided insight and clarity when we decided on our order. Sara is a dream employee for business. In fact if she were located where our business is located. I would definitely try to recruit her. I strongly suspect she has leadership qualities and she should be given the opportunity. Sarah was a pleasant addition to our dining experience and an asset to your team and for this, she should be recognized.

Best crispy biscuits I enjoyed these more here then I have in a few other places the chef made a good steak the broccoli was bomb to perfect and that ceaser salad was the best The waitress was very pleasant and always checking up on me. It was the best customer service.

My first time at a red lobster in PA, the consistency of the food pretty good at other red lobster I’ve been to in other states. Service was great! It was quiet for a Friday afternoon. Loved it! One of the few places that serves seafood that actually opens early! So that was a plus! Clean and sanitized location!

We’ve eaten seafood at this location many times and it has always been a great experience. Our most recent visit was 3/19/24 during the afternoon; we had a really nice lunch. Sarah took excellent care of us at our table, checking in occasional to make sure we had everything we needed. The portions were very good, and delicious… ( we took a lot of food home ) as we couldn’t finish it all!

This location was awesome! We were seated very quickly and our server was there within minutes to take our drink orders and returned a few minutes later to take our dinner orders. And food there was amazing as expected and the customer service was top-notch. Well enjoy the family atmosphere and our meal was delicious. Our server even brought us some extra garlic bread to take home. I was visiting The area on my vacation And found them online, they had great reviews and the pictures on Google maps showed me that the food looks really good. Highly recommend this location If you’re looking for delicious food and great service!

I see why this chain is going under. We were greeted by the manager and hostess but our server they put us with was not very involved. My lobster bisque soup was straight up water. No cream whatsoever, we returned that and she gave me an excuse as to why it was water. Asking for refills became our job while we were there. My father in law and I did the select two lobster and we both went with lobster Mac and cheese and garlic butter lobster tail. The lobster tail was TINY, must’ve been a baby lobster. The meat wouldn’t even come out of the shell all the way. Worst red lobster we’ve been to and after this experience the last red lobster we go to.
