My daughter and grands took me out for my birthday. The service was great. Food super. And even my birthday dessert was fantastic.
Our waitress was very attentative to our needs.

We walked in late in the evening and no one was watching the door. We was then asked to seat ourselves and someone would find us. Two different people came. One brought coasters and napkins. Then one got drinks. Then our server showed. Our napkins had hair inside of them. Our server took food to another table and then sat with them. Obviously knew them. All while our salad sat on her tray. She then realized I was looking at her so she jumped up and brought it to us. The food was OK. Not terrible. The sauce was gritty. I assume due to when the cheese was added or how fast it was. As we was paying at the table kiosk thing. Another man came in. Waited a while. Even yelled “HELLOW” and no one came. Then a cook or someone came from the back. I assume was getting ready to leave for the night and was wrapping things up and asked if he had been helped. He then went and found someone to help the man. It was 830pm. Our server then jumped up to bring us our chocolates and tell us thanks for coming in. Sad we got better attention from the young lady when we came in than the older lady that was our server. She should be better.

We have had pretty good experiences at this Olive Garden however, none topped 2 nights ago when Brittianie and the rest of the staff there made our daughter’s birthday night an exceptional one. I came in and made a reservation. Not knowing that they closed at 2100, it was made for 2030. Manager pitched in and not one person made us feel rushed. It wasn’t till I had gotten up and walked from behind the back server station that I noticed no one was in the restaurant. It was already passed 2100 when I asked our waitress what time they closed and she dismissed 2100 with such class saying, “9oclock but don’t worry about the time, enjoy your meal and your family, seriously.” I don’t even like showing up at any store last minute. I’ve walked into places and they tell me I have a few minutes I just turn around. Nothing in any store is pressing enough that it cannot wait to the next day. Olive Garden I commend you, thank you very much.

Ali was very energetic, did not skip a beat, and super friendly. Good job. Food was very good. Parking I believe will always be an issue in this area.

Overall failure update last night. From the hostess to the waitress/bartender. No accommodation at all and sat waiting for our drinks for along time. Best part, watching said waitress/bartender washing glasses for well over 5 minutes….just to get water…water. Best part, she had 2 tables that already had their food….sooooo…we got up, casually left n drove out to Bisbee Table, where Alexander provided excellent customer service n made the trip worth the journey.

Really good Olive garden restaurant in Sierra Vista. Service is top notch and atmosphere is good. Restaurant is located in a shopping area with plenty of parking. Would have given 5 stars if they hadn’t run out of Olives on my second visit. It’s hard to imagine Olive gardens famous salad without olives! Hope they stock up on it and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Yesterday at five o’clock, I received a catering pasta meal that was divine. Not only was all the staff extremely friendly. But the food was excellent. The store was clean and even though there was a lot of people there. It seemed like I was the only customer. Thank you so much for everything.Olive garden.( teen challenge)

Out of all the Olive Gardens I’ve been to, this is one of the better ones. The hostess greeted and seated us right away. Our waitress was hit or miss the majority of the time, but most definitely wasn’t overbearing, and getting the second bowl of soup was a timely event.

I love it when the food is really good AND you have a great server. That combination makes everything right with the world. I felt like having ravioli but went with the stuffed chicken marmalade. It was a great choice.

Stephen was our server last week, I habe never received prompt, thorough service in Sierra Vista. In fact he simply impressed me so much I had to write a review. I wasn’t paying much attention as I actually had to work, (on my phone) but every time I thought I needed to ask for a refill or something we may need once we had our food, it was already there!! He was also readily available 100% of the time and had great timing on everything. He deserves praise and more!! I hope hes working when I return to OG.
