My husband & ate here after a procedure where he had to fast.
We had never eaten at a Jack in the Box.
I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl that came with an Egg Roll & sweet & sour sauce.
Was very hot & delicious.
I would for sure order it again.
Husband ordered the Cluck (chicken) Sandwich with Fries.
His sandwich & Fries were hot as well.
If we get the chance we’ll definitely eat at one again.

This location will have you waiting at the drive-thru screen for 10 minutes with no response. I pulled up to the window and ordered 6 tacos a few days later I realized they charged me $26. I’ve never been charged incorrectly at any fast food restaurant. Definitely the last time I’ll be spending money here.

Went to the drive thru and was only 3 cars including myself. Long wait time, asked to park while they prepared my meal, received small pieces of cold limp curly fries and not in a large as ordered. No sauce provided for the jalapeños poppers or the tacos. Didn’t get the opportunity to ask for them at the window as I was told to go park immediately after taking payment.

Had a huge order to place and the staff was brilliant in executing it! Manager told me how long it would take and even offered me a free drink. Took very little time and the tacos were soooo good. Hats off to the manager and his team, they did a really great job, love this place!

It is 11am when I ordered. I went to go pick up and still had to wait 30 more minutes for my food. The lobby is closed on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The employees don’t care.

Came through here for the first time today and my experience was nothing more than disappointing. I came through the drive thru and was rudely greeted by an African American girl named Yamaha (Or something like that) and she was beyond one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She was annoyed the entire time she was in the drive thru and had a disgusting attitude from the very second I pulled up the speaker until after she handed me out my food when I confronted her about it. I asked for her manager and was told that they didn’t have a manager there. Yamaha, don’t take it out on everyone else because you don’t wanna work or be there. Also, their drive thru window is disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t been wiped off in months. If their drive thru is that dirty I can only imagine what the inside of this place looks like. Take better pride in keeping your restaurant clean!

Go here if you want to wait 2 hours for your food. Ordered a mobile order at midnight. Went to pick it up. There were about 9 cars in the drive thru and the line wasnt moving. I was on lunch so I just decided to forget it and assumed my money would be refunded. Nope. No refund. Trying to navigate their website is almost impossible. Just won’t be going back.

It’s fast food, what more is there to expect. I visited late night, got my buttermilk sauce and taco fix, that’s all I needed.
The staff here were great though, personable, professional and simply a pleasant interaction.

The last two times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait over 25min for my two or 3 meal orders with no modifications. I repeatedly see people who order after me received there food before me. Anytime I say something it rudely gets dismissed. The afternoon and the night managers are the biggest problem extremely rude disrespectful and unprofessional. The prices are to high and I work to hard for my money to be disrespected for no reason. Will not be going back.
