I really like this Subway, they’re clean & most of the ingredients is not mixed!! If you see the tomatoes you don’t get pickles & onions with it, if jou see the lettuce there’s no olives & banana peppers with it… some may have a small mixed ingredients but it’s not major like other Subways… I would go there every time I want a Subway meal!

My husband and I order here multiple times a week, until today. After leaving a special instruction on my mobile order, I received a nasty handwritten note on my receipt. The worker also gave my husband 2 meatballs on his footlong and about 4 pieces of chicken on mine. Will not be back.

Love the food and the atmosphere when i walk in, its always so inviting when i walk in and im always greeted by the tall girl who always has a braid in her hair. She is super sweet and i would recommend coming here to anyone to dine in.

Ordered online and somehow it cleared everything I put on my sandwich. When I got in Jessica took the time to make sure my sandwich was done right !!! Absolutely thank you Jessica! I would have been eating bread and meat!

Would have given 5 stars before today. Found out you sweat your employees over something as cheap as olives. Not even mad about that as much as the sheer audacity of harassing your employees over it, as well as making business killing decisions like that. Your customers deserve more than you penny pinching, as if subway isn’t played out always. I’ll just go somewhere that does what I ask for without pinching pennys! No biggie to me. Maybe if you’d get a fixed toaster, customers wouldn’t want so much stuff to hide the over toasted sandwiches.

Your one guy in here is awesome. Super fast, friendly, builds a great sandwich, and polite. However, he needs some help. Whoever owns this place is losing money.
Because this one super employee can’t keep up with multiple online orders and 10 people walking in within 10 minutes, at least 2 people walked out rather than waiting.
Why would you only have one guy working the busy dinner hours?

Service was slow. Took 15 minutes to order with only three sandwiches in front of us. Toasted bread was hard as a rock. The sweet onion sauce must have been changed. No coke or root beer in dispenser. Would be two days before they got more. Worst Subway ever.

Very disappointed in the customer service there. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru without anyone coming to assist. The girl working there on Wednesday afternoon wasn’t very friendly and looked visibly upset with me being there. I ordered a water cup. Got charged for a fountain drink. I asked for a refund and told her I didn’t order a drink. She took my receipt and said she’d get her manager to fix it. While still looking visibly upset telling me it was only .50 cents when she charged me over $2 for the drink! No refund was ever made to my account. I can’t go in and get my refund because the girl took my receipt. Super disappointed with the customer service and how bad it has gotten.

If you order more than one sandwich here, break it up into multiple orders. Their listening capacity seems to be limited considering g they get my sandwich wrong repeatedly. My family can eat here if they want but I NEVER will again.
