Horrible experience. The days of getting fast food at a McDonald’s are over. This one takes the cake. They will park everyone at the Drive thru. When you get your food, you need to be sure to double check. They almost always forget to give you something you ordered. Getting out of that location is a nightmare. Don’t go in the evening unless you want to be harassed by panhandlers while you’re forced to park waiting for your “fast food”. My recommendation, do not go there. It’s not worth the inconvenience.

I’ve come through this drive thru a few times now and it is always quite busy, like line around the side of the building busy. But I never sit in line for more than 10 or 15 minutes, which seems like a lot but with that amount of traffic it could be so much worse. Also my food order has never been wrong and I have never had a missing item.

This store takes forever to complete a very simple orders. Fastfood means food is served within max of 15 mins. But here food was ready more than 30 mins. Try to avoid this store especially when you’re in hurry. Deserve no star at all.

Very disappointed. This location closed before the posted closing time, which is frustrating enough on its own. On top of that, we’ve been here when they were only accepting cash with no notice posted, and tonight they wouldn’t take drive-thru orders at all. If you’re going to close early and limit payment options, at least communicate it clearly. Wasted time and gas coming here expecting normal service during business hours. Definitely needs better management and consistency

every time I order from this McDonald’s through DoorDash, something is missing. Not sometimes — every single time. today they forgot my fries. last time they forgot my baby’s entire meal but somehow remembered to throw in the juice. make it make sense.
i work 5 minutes away, so my orders always get routed here, and it’s gotten to the point where I expect the bag to be wrong. Missing fries, missing meals, no straws — it’s a pattern.
I’m not asking for anything extra, just the food I actually paid for. The consistency of mistakes is crazy. Please do better, because this is getting ridiculous.

Brandy didn’t stop moving from the second we walked in there to the minute we walked out.
I just want to say thank you for the extra care you took in our meal. It did make it really nice. Since I was waiting for our food at the counter I was watching you and you didn’t slow down or stop the entire time! Clearly a very busy day and you are a hard worker!

Waited in line #2 for around 10 minutes and was continuously skipped. Pulled to window and she said speaker at lane 2 was not working. I told her you may want to put a sign out there. She refused to take my order and told me I would have to drive back around and get in the long line at lane 1. I said no I’ll be going to Hardee’s. She was rude and McDonald’s needs to do better. Poor service and very disappointed.

Pull up at 6:20 am and wait 3 minutes to be asked to hold one moment please… 10 minutes later I give them my mobile order code. There are zero cars ahead of me when I get to the window. I am asked what I have ordered so I show the lady my phone only for it to be snatched from my hands so she could read it. Not sure what she read but it wasn’t what I ordered. Can’t understand how you get caramel and vanilla mixed up when it’s printed right on the screen… it just don’t make sense.

Get rid of the entire crew I ordered a SEC McGriddle ,Hashbrown, L Strawberry Banana Smoothie literally the crew is like they don’t want to work or be there. This is a safety risk because if it seems like they don’t care then how would you know if your food is actually fully cooked or even safe to eat my strawberry banana smoothie look like it exploded when I was handed it my McGriddle was burnt and the egg was cold..
Please look into this location..

This is the slowest moving McDonald’s in Fayetteville! No customers and the wait is still 20 minutes or more getting food! Pack this restaurant up and move it somewhere else and hire a new staff!
