I came in today, and the customer service was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and efficient, and they made my sandwich exactly how I like it. The veggies were look crisp and the bread is soft and warm. The staff keeps the place tidy and clean.

workers don’t speak English. It says online that they accept coupons and if you put an order in, they don’t tell you until you go to the store that they don’t accept the coupon and cancel your order. then you have to wait an amount of time for the money to go back on your card, which is ridiculous because they’re online excepted the coupons to begin with because they want to be greedy. Bad customer service poor communication who knows if this place is even clean last owners were so much better

If I could give them a zero star, I would.They got taken over by new ownership, and they’re very stingy.You can’t even get a water bottle instead of soda even when they’re soda, machine is not working. Very bad customer service. I would never recommend anybody to get anything from this Subway.

They gave our order to someone else that we paid for through the app and when we just went to pick up our food they gave us a hard time and said someone already picked up our food up…. Absolutely ridiculous!!! They made us look like idiots and then issued a refund after arguing for ten minutes with us …. I will never go back here again . I do not recommended ordering through the app then going to pick it up because they made a mistake and tried making it our problem
