Being able to have a cafe that is seed oil free, and imports their grain from Europe is so nice! I don’t have to worry about their ingredients, and everything is so yummy!!! Will be going back consistently and I can’t wait to try the at home meals!!!

Absolutely love everything about this place.
One of my favorite things about Cōpow as a whole is that they source their flour directly from Italy, which makes a huge difference in the pastries – so delicious every time.
All the bowls are delicious, the staff is so friendly, and I love that you can come here & feel like you’re in a lil French cafe right here in North Idaho.

Stumbled upon this spot downtown on my way to dinner and was super impressed! It’s got that cozy home kitchen vibe, staff was so nice, and the food was really good.
Plus they care about where their ingredients come from, no weird oils, added junk, or shortcuts. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a solid spot downtown.

Cold brew was really good but unfortunately the cappuccino wasn’t… if your in for something tasty in the pastries area or coffee in the category of cold brew or espresso this is the place for you 🙂

Go here if you are sensitive to American flour. They import organic, unenriched 00 flour from Italy for all their baked goods, which are delicious! The customer service was engaging and informative. Everything I’ve consumed here has been tasty. It’s wonderful to eat food that keeps you feeling good after.

I absolutely love this place! Coming to this beautiful café feels like home. The staff is always friendly and smiling. The owner is just a lovely person. The food is amazing and always delicious. My current favorite take home meal is the salmon piccata. Also, the steak is tender and so good. like to pick up meals for the week sometimes then I don’t have to make lunch for the week. They use a2 milk in everything which is digestible for people with lactose tolerance issues. Pastries at the café are delicious as are all the dishes there and the smoothies and coffee. I highly recommend Copow Cafe.

Whoa. The husband and I were mind-blown to hear that these guys used AI to advertise the pictures for their Thanksgiving order. The husband got some things that definitely didn’t look like the pictures they shared but heard through the grapevine that they fired the baker that made the delicious danishes and those delicious rolls over their false AI advertising. Let be real here, those pumpkin pies were black. I didn’t want to make a fuss but if I knew what I know now about this place, I would have made him get a refund on that alone. Looking into this further, what’s this about a combating an ex-employee that said they sourced their stuff from Costco and having an instacart driver saying they ordered from Costco and didn’t even tip in the reviews here? Doesn’t the owner flaunt her wealth on her socials? Yikes. They’re going after an ex-employee for telling the truth? Sad, I liked this place but I won’t support false advertising or slandering past employees for telling the truth about this place. I’d like to know where that baker went though. That carrot cake and the mixed berry and cheese danishes were the best I’ve ever had. Our family won’t be returning.
