Fish fry was good, I personally did not like the Mac and cheese, I couldn’t taste any cheese in it and it was way too tender. Everything else was good, especially the french fries. Boneless wings were also very nicely flavored, we got garbage flavored, highly recommend that! It was extremely busy to just come here and eat on a Friday night, so I suggest going earlier than we did (6:30). Waitress was nice as well and checked in when she could.

Nice local Irish bar. Friendly bartender. The decor is a bit dated, but not bad. My wings were really great, my wife thought hers were undercooked. Watched a gentleman get a fat, juicy strip steak and fries and green beans for $10 for lunch. Now that’s a deal! Especially now a days. They could update there liquor selection. All in all, nice local bar, would definitely stop back in.

It was AWESOME to have somewhere to go for Christmas Dinner. It was my first Christmas not surrounded by family at the dinner table. We were happy to find somewhere to go. I was somewhat disappointed that it was turkey breast, boxed and canned sides. That being said, the portions were large, the prices were fair and the service was great. I wouldn’t expect someone to have to be at a bar at dark o’clock am stuffing and basting turkey. Your sacrifice was appreciated. You made a sad, lonely evening a bit brighter and you made an empty nester couple happy. Thank you for taking the time away from your family to serve mine❤️. We look forward to returning many times with friends and family to try your regular menu and show our appreciation. Happy Holidays.

We went to O’Ryans for Friday night fishfry. I would like to say dont bother, but the bartender was busting her butt. The place was packed; the bar and both dining rooms . The only waitress, the only person I could see doing all the waiting on people, was the one bartender. I am sure she had a cook because there is no way she was doing it all. So a cook and a bartender running the place.
The soda tasted nasty but the waitress never got back to us, so we got up and went to pay her and leave. We paid for our drinks and left to go get dinner elsewhere. We got to one of our “old faithful” places. When we went to pay for our dinner we found that the bartender did not charge us for the drinks. She gave back all of our money. Hopefully we can try them again again another time

The place was so good they had the best price for wings in town and their “my girlfriend’s not hungry” is perfect to add to any meal! Will definitely be going back!

Inside and outside are nothing special, but the place was clean, calm, and it had a very friendly neighborhood vibe. (They also have Quick Draw.)
I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries, and my husband had pizza. He gave rave reviews of the pizza, and my burger was good. Fries needed some seasoning (they charge $3 for a fry upgrade from chips).
I suspect the place gets rowdy come nightfall, so we’d go back for lunch but probably not dinner.

I’d go as gar to say it’s one of the best fish frys in the area. Everything was very good, and portion size is generous. As a group we all had the fish frys, while some had the house salad, potato salad, mac & cheese, and frnch frys. All were very good. Will definately be back again.

Plenty of beer on tap including some local greats! Bartenders were super cool and security at the door helped for anyone who thinks the locale in Elmira is a butch sketch. All good!
