I travel from Houston to Portland every month. I always order from here. Pizza is always fresh and hot when delivered. I had a driver named Thomas for the last 2 deliveries. He is always polite and always on time! Pictures are from after I ate. Next time I’ll add fresh pics!

I don’t know who works here or who manages the Portland establishment, but my goodness, we order from here on a weekly basis and are always happy! Our orders always arrive in a timely manner, and the preparation is ON POINT! The pizza is always warm (closer to hot) and it’s obvious it’s made accordingly to instruction to make an appealing presentation and even better meal to enjoy. We normally do delivery; from time to time we do pick up. It’s not faltered either way.

We asked for extra crispy buffalo wings with extra buffalo sauce on the side and we received our wings not only not crispy but barely cooked. We didn’t get any sauce hardly on the wings and we didn’t get ANY on the side at all. Within five minutes of delivery we called about the wings and were left on hold with no warning of being put on hold via the mangers instruction to his employee. When the manager finally got to the phone he said he would remake them but he wanted the original poorly made wings back so they could see what’s wrong. Not to mention we are currently cutting our own pizzas because they didn’t take the time to cut them properly prior to delivering them to us.

We placed a $80 order on Saturday for delivery and the order was in quality check for 2 hours! When we called about our order after waiting 1 hour, they said “you’re the 4th order” and told us to wait. After the 2 hour mark we called about our order again and they told us “you can come pick it up” when we questioned about still being charged the delivery fee they told us to talk to cooperate about it. We then proceeded to ask if we’d be given a new pizza since it’s been sitting for 2+ hours and the manager hung up.
After calling AGAIN! I asked to speak to a manager and the guy said he was the manager. When I questioned him about my order and picking it up he hung up on me again!
This place is AWFUL and I will definitely be reaching out to any and everyone about this incident. This domino’s has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!

Gotta brag on Lorenzo and Josh.
We are regulars and a couple weeks ago I had an order to pick up.
I had noticed several employees not doing much (standing around chatting and eating pizza ) but Josh and Lorenzo were on the line busting butt making pizzas and still managed to come over and help me pick up my order.
Lorenzo even managed to help me without making me feel like I was a bother even though they were busy.

Day manager needs to learn how to talk to customers and stop making excuses for mistakes. Rude and likes to hang up on you. Will not let you speak and gets angry. It’s just a job why take it so personal? Fast forward to Sept. and nothing changes. Pizza looks like a 2 year old made and cut it. Where’s the toppings?

It’s been a minute since I’ve ordered delivery from Domino’s and I’ve been missing out. The New York medium pizza was excellent and the sandwich was great too. Domino’s was “slipping down” the last couple of years but this order made me realize they’re wanting to provide a great meal. Thanks and both were excellent.

When you order light sauce they put tons of sauce so I’ll order a sandwich and then they put onions in it when I am very allergic to onions!!! What is wrong when you can’t even get food right!!! So disappointed!

Pizza is always good here but our service sucked today. Jay (our delivery driver) was super rude and he pulled into our driveway which was weird when he could’ve just pulled up by the curb. Also he took slices out of our pizza so we didn’t even have a whole pizza.
