We’ve (wife and I) have seen the truck for a few weeks now, and decided to stop by to try. Now as we sit here, in a BBQ heaven coma, we wonder why we waited! We shared a 1/2lb of tender pulled pork (perfect mix of meat and burnt edges) and 1/4lb of belly (meaty fatty delicious) and just loved every bite. She’s not a fan of most BBQ sauces but made sure to mention she enjoyed this one. Fruity sweet, yet vinegary sour, I could drink it! Right to the top of my faves list. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had. Everywhere else has been a let down after eating Father Time. I normally don’t like pickles or horseradish but the sando is not the same without them. If you see the red truck there, stop, you won’t be disappointed. Just make sure you get there before he runs out of meat.
