Highly recommend you stop here for a bite. Food and customer service is phenomenal. This guy knows his food, everything is made from scratch. Best jambalaya we’ve had, ever. It was just the right amount of spice kick and blend of meat, rice, and veggies. The beignets are also the best we’ve ever had. Fluffy, sweet, but not too heavy. Ask the chef about the food he creates, he’s very kind, welcoming, passionate, and knowledgeable.

Did not disappoint! I was a little hesitant because the poboy portion size was a bit smaller than expected, but hawaii. Am I right? When i tell you this man knows how to make a po boy, the shrimp was fried to order and he doesn’t skimp on the sauce! The rice and beans were exactly as they should be as well as the Luzanne Sweet tea! Well done!

Food was incredible. This stuff is on par with quality creole from Louisiana.
Had the Red Beans & Rice and the Cheesecake, both phenomenal.
Prices are incredible, especially on this island!! The guy was super friendly too, 5 stars all around, no complaints!

Best Cajun I have eaten outside of Louisiana. The gumbo and the shrimp po boy sandwich are spicy with great flavor. Quality food at a reasonable price and on the beach makes the experience a great value

This is just what I have tried today. I have yet to try the whole menu and will definitely be back for more!!!!
Shrimp Gumbo! – spices were great! If you needed to add more hot sauce then your tate buds have been seared by eating peppers whole! Right amount of spice and not super overwhelming! All flavors did come together very nicely! It’s something that I’ve never venterued out to try so in glad justin let me try some before eating the whole bowl
Sausage po-boy ‐ I’m a huge fan of that one the bread was on point for the sandwich. Gave it a nice texture to it, the sauces in there were incredible with the pickled jalapeños were fricken awesome! Again, spice was perfect and the flavors came together very nicely. I could eat that sandwich even without the sausage and just the veggies! (Maybe an add on for vegetarian people)
Cheese cake- very wonderful Mac nut flavor with bits of nuts inside and the mango topping wasn’t too sweet or overpowering.
The beignete- super well done! I’m a huge bread person and that was amazing! If you wanted to run specials on flavored kind, honey would be awesome!
Everything was super good just the way it was!!!!
