Everyone here is so friendly. Arrived first thing in the morning to pick up a few sides for Thanksgiving. My cashier was such a friendly, older gentleman. He was having a little bit of difficulty with the computer. Another cashier helped resolve the issue right away, and got all of the food for me with a smile. Everybody was very helpful and kind during this busy time of year. Thankful for the great customer service and for being treated like they truly cared! I cannot wait to try the sides!

This place was incredible. Best “fast food” in the area. The ladies made a great lunch sandwich and everything was fresh. Much better alternative to panera where the quality and service have gone down hill. Glad we stopped in here, will remember this next time for lunch!

First time at the Honey Baked Ham sandwich shop. Enough so that I took pictures! One of the most important things when going to a restaurant is CLEANLINESS! This place was very, very clean! A sandwich is a sandwich so I don’t remember the name but I do remember the Chicken salad! Some of the best chicken salad available! The person serving was Kathy! Good job Kathy! If enjoy a deli sandwich made fresh try this place! Will Not disappoint!

Wow. First time here and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sandwiches here!
If you make it a meal (small side + drink) it’s an extra $3.50.
When I compare it to the Panera’s across the street, their sandwich portion is more generous and the ingredients taste more fresh.
It does take some time to get your order, but it makes sense as there was only one guy taking orders/ making the sandwich (Thank you Cody!)

Purchased a 9 lb honeybaked ham and paid $108. Was not impressed with the quality of the ham. The ham was not sliced like it normally is done. It was twice a thick as it usually is. Very disappointing. Wondering if honeybaked is paying attention to the quality they built their reputation on?

The only item we have purchased over the years is the hambone, which is excellent for making pea soup . There is enough meat on the hambone for additional meals in our experience. Pricing is very reasonable for the frozen hambone too.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I am literally 5 min away from this location. I went in-store to place a catering order for the Thanksgiving day party at my job. I only went in-store because I wasn’t able to apply my rewards online at the checkout. I was literally told by this location that the only way to place a catering order was online. That was a lie. While I was in the parking lot of the Lake Orion location, I called the Troy, location because I knew that didn’t sound correct. I was informed by the Troy location that I can in fact place a catering order in-store. Needless to say I drove about 30 minutes to the Troy location, placed my order, and received EXCEPTIONAL service at the Troy Honey Baked Ham store!Lake Orion Honey Baked Ham store is disappointing and the employees lost a sale, from what would have been a repeat customer. I spent $300 last year on turkey and ham catering trays for our USPS Thanksgiving pot luck and was looking to spend money again for the same event. I know now Troy is more equipped to handle catering orders Lake Orion is NOT!!

The atmosphere was nice and clean. The food was pre-ordered bagged and set aside for me to pick up. It only took a few minutes to get. There’s a relatively diverse choice of traditional sides. It is convenient for people who don’t have the time or inclination to cook from scratch and easy to reheat. It will be nice for the company Christmas lunch. My favorite is the ham if it’s heated up, but that is what they’re known for. Parking is convenient.

The store is very clean. Everything was neat, faced, and stocked. I loved that there was free samples of the chicken, ham, broccoli salad. Chicken was the best!
There was a freezer/refridgerated section with all side items and desserts that could be bought. I was disappointed there was only pumpkin pie instead of sweet potatoe pie.
I can’t wait to try the white bean soup and vanilla rum cake.
This visit I had the Tavern Club (5/5). This was a delicious sandwich veggies were still crisp and fresh even though I ordered the sandwich hot. The brand of kettle chips was only ok.
The sweet tea actually tasted decent.
Customer service was AMAZING. The lady was very inviting gave lots of suggestions on different items.
Overall 10 outta 10 first experience here!

Sorry to say ordering ahead on line doesn’t work. Came to pick up broccoli bliss for a large group. 4 of 5 available? I don’t want chicken salad substitute. I want what I ordered. And, it wasn’t even freshly made. One container expires in one day. They just pulled leftover salads from the refrigerator. I am disappointed.
