Stopped at a different place for lunch that butchered it and hate it. I was told by a friend I went to the wrong place that this new place is way better. So I swung by on okey doke just to get a beef brisket sandwich and I wish I had lunch here first. It was delicious sweet and had plenty of bark, little fat just enough and was very delicious. Their menu is ridiculous from hot dogs and pierogies too Chicken and Waffles. There family style pig outs are priced right.

Got takeout. Texas Sampler with KC Ribs, Pulled Pork and Brisket. Side of coleslaw, beans and corn bread.
Its your basic BBQ chain. No pink in the ribs at all, which would be a sign of them actually being smoked. The ribs were very tender but the meat was salty. Brisket was dry and though. Pulled pork was not pink and not very flavorful.
Sauce was basic but not bad, but the meat shouldn’t rely on sauce for flavor.
Coleslaw was salty, which was odd. It was also downing in mayo. It would have been good otherwise.
Beans were good, more like chili than baked beans.
Generally the food is passable but you can do better with a mom & pop BBQ joint locally.

I got two different style pulled pork sandwich, fries and col-saw. The pulled pork was good, could have used more sauce. Fries were over fried to black and greasy. The side of col-saw was pretty empty for the price i paid for it.
Final Verdict: The food was OK, nothing special here. I wouldn’t go on the weekend again its not worth what you pay. Do the work week launch special.

I have to say that I was surprised by my experience after reading some of the positive reviews.
We order the Texas Sampler platter at 2:30PM today (Wednesday) and were greeted with dry, crusty pulled pork, non-descript brisket that would have been better suited in Corropolese with au jus than at a BBQ restaurant, and ribs that were just ok.
Granted that we order this un-sauced because of dietary restrictions but true BBQ should really stand on its own without sauce.
Very disappointed in our experience and will not be returning. If you want quality BBQ, keep on moving….

Wow is all I can say as I did not know a bbq place could suck this bad and serve such flavorless food. We had 4 people ordering and part of the order was missing and part of the order was wrong. Caesar salad should be easy enough; however, when we got the salad it had the works on it. Forgot to add the salad dressing for another order and forgot to add an order of fries for another order. As far as the food goes my friend could not even finish a half rack of ribs because they were that bad. The food has no flavor other than the bbq sauce that drowns the food. Also, the food did not have any hint of smoke flavor. The best thing about their food is when my body is finished digesting it and I can finally flush it down the toilet.

Just ate there for the first time…brisket sandwich was awesome…mac and cheese was on the cold side…coleslaw has a great flavor but a little to wet for me…they need more menus…I will be back…BRISKET…YUM
