Went to the new Zaxby’s to try it out. Grew up on Zaxby’s. My wife and I ordered, and got our drinks; and got our table. Our order was brought to us instead of our name just being called which was nice. Food was excellent no complaints. Staff was very friendly, also professional. Restaurant was clean and very modern. Which I understand with rebranding but I wish zachys never changed its old style decor. But great restaurant great staff and very clean environment and positive energy from the crew and staff working behind the counter. No once did I hear screaming or yelling like at mcdonalds. Very professional restaurant. That shows pride and what the customer wants. We will be returning again hungry for our next meals.

We love Zaxby’s and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Zensation Salad with grilled chicken and it was perfect. Hub got chicken fingers and fries. He said the chicken fingers weren’t as good as he hoped and his fries were too soft for him. It was our first time so we will try again another day.

Ordered at drive thru and had a bit of a wait at the window , which is fine, dont mind waiting for nice hot food, one of the the 3 chicken fingers in my meal was fresh and hot the other 2 were obviously old and just warm and my fries were only slightly seasoned, but only slightly warm and soggy, and they left a old oil after taste… I mean come on… if you are already making a person wait atleast give him hot fries, the chicken strips were just blah deffenetlly not worth the price, no idea how this place became popular or stays open, not worth the price,

The food was great! The veggie egg rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh. The service was awesome. For any of you seniors out there, they do offer a discount but you have to ask. I had the chicken tender plate, my partner had a zalad. Glad they’re here!

She was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct, even taking the time to answer my questions about the menu. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the visit much more enjoyable. Customer service like that makes a big difference—I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by the Zaxby’s in Keystone Heights on opening day and had a great experience. Ordered the Boneless Wings & Things and everything was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want from Zaxby’s. The wings were sauced well, fries were fresh, and the toast was on point.
