What an adorable place to eat simple food when you need a little snack. The stopped selling a lot of food 2 weeks ago (today is 8/5/2025). But we had chili made w beef and chunks of tomato and cream of rice w chicken soup. You can choose between crackers or corn bread with it. The corn bread was soft and fluffy like cake…so good and not salty. Worked well w the soups and chili. The woman working is very nice and friendly.

This is an old-fashioned deli that offers soup, salad, and sandwiches for everyone to enjoy. It is established for the local neighborhood residents. However, everyone is welcome. It is open 7 days a week . On holidays, hours of operations may vary. On Monday s thur, Saturday, 6 am to 2 am . Sunday the time is 9 am to 2 am. Also, this place has a video gaming room for people who want to spend the wheel to win cash money. If you don’t win in the game room, winning is possible in other ways, such as being placed in a drawing to win $1000 once a month. The next drawing is on may 31st , 2025. This place offers many things for fun. On Tuesday you can play free bingo that starts at noon. Also, on Fridays at 6 pm you can come to play free bingo and win great prizes. I ordered the turkey, avocados, and bacon panini, which cost $11.95 plus tax. It is made with slices of oven gold turkey and bacon with thinly sliced tomatoes and smashed avocados, smothered in mozzarella cheese. The sandwich was good, but you must choose your sauce to add to the favor of the sandwich. Great events/activities are appreciated by the locals to enhance their experiences of life. For example, White Sox bus trip, Saturday, June 28, 2025 . Cost $75. Anyone can purchase tickets now. Bible games. Once every 6 months, Christmas bus trip and car shows, which starts around the last week of May until the end of September . Everyone is welcome to participate if desired.

They featur bottled or fountain sodas and a variety of chips. If you love coffee, there is a wide selection of both hot and cold brews made to order. Traveling through town and stopped here because we wanted a quick latte from a local spot, close to the hotel. This was a great find! Friendly service, very clean and spacious restaurant. They have coloring books neatly placed near the tables for kids to enjoy. We ordered a Reuben sandwich with a side of their potato salad. They use Boars Head brand meat, and the quality of ingredients in our sandwich was very good! Potato salad was tasty too. We will be back again to try more from the menu.

Ordered catering from Darla’s this weekend for my college graduation party. Went in a few weeks prior to try the sandwiches since I had never had them before and the staff was super nice, even gave me free samples of their salads to try along with my sandwich orders. Since the sandwiches were so good, we decided to go with them for our party. Our order was on time and exactly as we’d asked. They also provided us with mustard and mayo packets and “The Goods” on the side in convenient serving packages. The pricing is also extremely competitive. They are much cheaper than popular chain sandwich places’ catering options which shocked me since it is a small local business. The serving platters the sandwiches come on are also incredibly high quality and we saved them to reuse. We will definitely be considering them again in the future for events, and may even stop in a few times just for lunch. Thanks Darla’s!

I have been a customer at Darla’s in Tinley Park for years!! Manager Deb, ALL the workers past and present have ALWAYS made me feel like home! Many of the WINNING photos shown have been from me, so the PLAY can be fantastic! The FOOD is absolutely AMAZING! There is nothing I haven’t loved!! Best Hot Chocolate anywhere…..come, visit, win and have a wonderful time with the many friendly customers that patronize the facility. I HIGHLY recommend visiting.
