I’ve had to start coming to this location because subway in Independence closed but I am definitely not mad about that. Every time I’ve been to this subway location my food has always been fresh, made in a very timely manner, and the staff members are always very nice. It has definitely been worth the 25 minute drive just to get a good sandwhich with even better service! Much appreciated

I have used the mobile app for many years, now the Coffeyville store has decided it doesn’t accept coupons on the app and you have to go into the store to use a coupon. Once you get in the store there may be 2 people in front of you each with one sandwich and you still have to stand there over 20 minutes before they start to take your order. They then looked at me like I was an idiot when I tried to pay with something bigger then a $20. Very unfriendly employees, not impressed with this store.

Tried to order in the app however it said the store wasn’t taking orders. Drive to the store and can’t get the sandwich I wanted because it’s only available online. 2 people working at the counter are clueless. Need recipes to know what goes on the sandwich. Didn’t know garlic aoli goes on garlic roast beef sandwich.2 behind the counter could not have cared less and we’re impatient. Could hear 2 other employees talking in the back (loudly) about another employee. Food was sub par and not worth the $14+/sandwich.

I ordered take out, it was quick and easy, I got what I ordered the first time, unlike a few other Fast Food Restaurants. Personally, I have never had a bad experience at a Subway (knock on wood), and this was no exception. They were well staffed and handled the lunch rush like pros. My order was handled quickly, accurately and in a friendly manner. The food, as always, was fresh and good.

The vegetables did not look fresh. The tomatoes were the size of silver dollars ( maybe roma tomatoes) and had no flavor, spinach was frozen to the side of the pan pickles and bell peppers looked dry so I did not get them.
