Old world Brazilian market/bakery. Fernanda and the team do an amazing job and are THE BEST at customer service. Always a smile and happy to be in the community. This family is the best and the quality is top notch!

Wow! Their pao de queijo was served right out of the oven, and boy was it melt in your mouth delish!! Then to top it off, the manager Rob threw in two sweet breads no charge since it was my first time visiting (will not be my last). Definitely worth the drive. So so good

I really like this bakery and often buy several products here, including one specific item that I know is usually only baked in the morning. Recently, a staff member informed me that this product is also available frozen, so today I went in the afternoon to purchase it that way.

I explained to the attendant that I knew it wouldn’t be ready, but that I wanted the frozen version to bake at home. At that moment, another employee—who wasn’t even the one helping me—interrupted and said they didn’t have it. I politely responded that I understood and just wanted it frozen. She initially said she would check, but then returned and told me that because of my “arrogance,” she wouldn’t go look for it. On top of that, she began making comments to other customers about me, trying to make me uncomfortable.

I want to make it clear that I did not treat anyone disrespectfully; I simply asked for my order. It’s important to keep personal issues out of the workplace. This bakery is great, and the products are excellent, but this employee’s attitude was completely unprofessional. Customer service matters, and I hope this can be addressed because I really enjoy this place.

It is a true Brazilian haven. The pastries are authentic and delicious. They have a market and bakery. The cakes, bread, and salgadinhos tasted delicious. Definitely coming back when I am in Connecticut. If you are looking for a piece of Brazil, come here!

The products are good with Brazilian quality, but everything is very expensive. A simple coffee with mortadella bread cost me $49.00 dollar. It’s a place I don’t recommend and I won’t go back to.

I like this restaurant, I only don’t like that it is not in a very safe area (near a prison) and around two hours before closing, there are employees that only speak Portuguese (not even Spanish), but overall, it was pretty good (especially the bacon) and I even learned some basic phrases in Portuguese!
